Dominicah:Seriously I've got no time arguing with Low lives like you seeking Money from every Tom, Dick and Harry that comes your Way.. If you're bold enough as you think you're, make your own money and do the asking out.. Wise Up lady, no man in this generation would want to keep a liability as a Side Chick not to talk of a Girlfriend or even a Wife.. #Spits If youre as cheap as ive pegged you then quote me again!! |
Dominicah:At this Point I'm free to say youre daft.. Now i understand why Men take women for granted in the society.. Because of foolishness like this |
Relationship/Marriage should be an Understanding between both Parties and not for an entity from the society to decide for Them how they share their responsibilities. If the Guy is broke and the girl decides to handle the Bill, who on earth are you to say it's wrong? This is an understanding the both parties have come to agree on and you sit your sorry Ass somewhere waiting for a Guy to come Flash you money all in the name of a Relationship and type this piece of Crap Up there.. Likewise if the Girl is Broke and the Guy decides to handle the Bills and also if they both decide to share it equal or to whatever Percentage they want to. There is no rule that says Both Must Provide nor One Party has to, its all about what works for you, dont use your relationship to Judge other people's own, Its not and can never be the same.. Girls If you cant stand a Nigga cus he's broke in a relationship then you sit him down and mention it to him, if he's honest enough he'll tell you his Lapses and you too can help.. If he isnt then Go south, Same for Guys.. I think the Topic should be WHAT IS THE VALUE OF A STINGY RELATIONSHIP that way both parties are involved. Thank You |
Anybody that say US has got conscience is a bigot.. They had conscience and they messed up the Middle East and North Africa? US thrives on war and that's why Most Asians and Middle Easterners Hate them till date Left for me I would pressed the War Button Long ago. |

bazooka1:They take no bullshit from the US and I Like that, but the way they're going about this war thing I what I don't understand US on the other hand are Snitches, they can lie for anything just to prove their innocence |
And some young Nairalanders who are in support of this dullard their fathers got nothing.. 80 year old still in service? Which way Nigeria |
So on point.. He's right.. Why would he work from home? Some people just don't get it, because you support Buhari doesn't mean you should be STUPID about it.. Hunger has really dealt with some people's Common Sense Region.. |
Fynnonsy:Lets be honest, this isnt about just the Government, its about incompetence.. But then This isnt an excuse.. There has to be soft copies stored somewhere, thats how its done in saner climes. Or you still beleive in this Papaer and Pen Jambo? Comon the world has moved on... Even in the Small Office where I work as a Director, we dont encourage Paper and Pen to be the only form of Documentation... HABA I dont care if he's APC or PDP what I care is about you and I.. |
adeadeyera:Seriously Youre a dunce, the documents when presented are they going to be hand written? Wasn't it typed before being printed in Paper, or did they carry the Computers used to type them? Or the police carried the Hand written documents which have already been typed? Or they hacked into the database and stole them too.. People like you make me weep for Nigeria In this 21st century youre asking how soft copy woul work.. Your Seriously MAD |
No Soft Copy or database where it is stored Online? Do these people think we're fools? |
ISTANDWITHBUHAR:This Just clearly tells us you no nothing about th constitution.. Seriously I'm forced to say you're daft and Ignorant, busy running from threads to threads deceiving yourself thinking you're making sense.. I curse the day we became co citizens!! #Spits Again |
ISTANDWITHBUHAR:Seriously bro you just said Nothing.. And just this little 'Nothing' you didn't say has already described who you and who you're supporting are? #Clear Morons |
Space booked |
ISTANDWITHBUHAR:Sometimes I wonder where people like you are picked from to defend someone the Millions of Nigerians had already written off.. Swear with your Father's grave that if this was Jonathan or anybody else you wouldn't have FallenWithBuhari by now.. *Spits* |
This piece is dope, it's a long read but he answered the quest Who is the Presidency? |

The thing is that a lot of clients really don't know about this idea. Believe me if they do, it'll be as a requirement in their brief and that would force the architect to implement it at the minimum cost possible. There are vast materials In the industry that are thermal efficient.. it's practically doable here in our clime just that it's not been requested by clients.. Now it also comes down to the client's pocket and versatility... |

he use of 3D printing in architecture is still small as logistics are being ironed out, but a new proof of concept has just been unveiled. The 250-square-metre space (2,700 square foot) is what Dubai's Museum of the Future project is calling the world's first 3D-printed office building. China unveiled the world's first 3D printed office building and mansion in early 2015. First announced in June 2015, the new building's purpose is to showcase the United Arab Emirates' commitment to innovation and looking to the future, and promote the UAE as a world leader in 3D printing. "We implement what we plan and we pursue actions not theories. The rapidly changing world requires us to accelerate our pace of development as history does not recognize plans but achievements," Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said at the grand opening. https://images.financialexpress.com/2016/06/3d2.jpg Looking like a mashup of a "Jetsons" abode and an Apple Store, the compact office was printed out layer by layer over 17 days at a cost of $140,000, said Saif al-Aleeli, the CEO of a government initiative called the Dubai Future Foundation that is behind the project. Features include a tree-shaded outdoor garden deck and LED lights that automatically adjust to the brightness outside. (Reuters Photo) A 3D printer was used to print the building in a special cement mixture, layer by layer. In all, it took a total of 17 days to print the building at a cost of about $140,000, after which the interior and exterior design details were added. One person was employed to monitor the 3D printer. Another seven people took care of the installation of building components on-site, and another 10 electricians and other specialists looked after the engineering. They represented a savings of 50 percent on normal labour costs. The open plan office will initially house the Dubai Future Foundation temporarily. In addition to providing a workspace, it could also, in the future, be used to host exhibitions, workshops and other events https://images.financialexpress.com/2016/06/3d3.jpg "Why 3-D printing? Because it makes sense in terms of cost, in terms of time-saving, in terms of efficiency," the 29-year-old al-Aleeli said. "We really believe that this technology will revolutionize the construction, the development sector as well as other sectors, (including) the medical sector (and) consumable products." (Reuters Photo) https://images.financialexpress.com/2016/06/3d6.jpg Products made using 3-D printing are first designed on a computer and then printed out using a variety of materials, including metal, plastic and concrete. Developers are finding a growing number of uses for the technology as it evolves. (Reuters Photo) https://images.financialexpress.com/2016/06/3d1.jpg The technology has been used in other construction projects too, including a Dutch canal house being raised in Amsterdam. But the foundation says its Dubai office is the first "fully functional 3-D printed building," constructed with full services and meant for daily use. The Chinese company WinSun Global used a 20-foot tall printer squirting out cement and other materials to produce the 17 building modules for the new Dubai office, according to the foundation. The pieces were then shipped from China to the Gulf port city, where it took workers two days to piece them together. Designers left open part of the finishing in the foyer so visitors can see how the 3-D printed layers came together, row after squiggly row. The building occupies prime real-estate between the city's iconic twin Emirates Towers and the Dubai International Financial Center, which is a stand-in for a futuristic city in the forthcoming "Star Trek Beyond" film.
