4. Obi should explain to Ndi Anambra the circumstances surrounding his father's death which remains his best kept secret. Before then we can reveal that Obi's father was drowned to death by Obi's associates in the drug trade whom he short-changed in a business deal prompting the mafias to kill the old man whom they drowned bounded hands and feet with bricks round his neck.

5. Given the level of insecurity in Anambra state , ''Saint'' Peter Obi should explain how he expends his security vote since it is on record that he collects over 470 million naira per month as security vote (220 million naira from Local Government and 250 million Naira from the state FAC accounts)

Just as Peter Obi professes his Catholicism for political expediency, we ask him to summon the moral courage and explain to Catholic faithful his relationship with the Olumba Olumba Obu (OOO) Cult sect where his wife is a known member. It is also on record that Peter Obi met the wife at a night club in Auchi . The lady had two children from two different men -an Albino and a Ghanaian. The affirmed Catholic is yet to wed his wife in the church.

9. Obi was elected governor on the platform of APGA and it is on record that he never convened an APGA meeting thereby destroying the entire party structure. Obi should explain to party faithfuls and loyalists why he destroyed the party;

10. Obi should explain to Ndi Anambra what happened to the state local government allocations and why Anambra under Obi is the only state in Nigeria without elected local government officers in place?
In view of the foregoing, we demand his immediate resignation or face further disclosure of his criminal past and present.

The court is not INec. Only Inec can determin who has most vote . The court can only decide on " proven" electoral dispute. The court does not count vote or allocate vote besides even the judgement Of The Supreme court will not please you if it goes againt Your Own personal judgment. This petition should not have to rely on technicalities. That is too fragile to lay this on. Facts as clear as water only.

I mentioned 'sufficient grounds', just to block loopholes. In the last Ondo Governorship case, BUNI (caretaker chairman) was not joined in the suit. PDP would have hoped they had (that was a technicality). In Lawan vs Machina, similar issue. The list goes on. Point is, LP has a strong case, they may have just added alternative reliefs in case of the same technicality I have buttressed (which has come to stay in our judicial lexicon)

On what ground would you say INEC should disqualify a candidate and not eligible to contest.

That INEC should disregard the vote of the 1st and 2nd respondent, and hence declare the 1st petitioner as the winner. Then what should Atiku that came 2nd with over 6.8m votes do?

I think some SANs need to think deeply before filing a petition because these are pre-election matters than is the responsibility of the party not the opposition.

My heart bleed to se Nigerian tearing their passport. Please, if you're nuturing the thought to mutilate your passport think about these:

1. You're actually hurting yourself because you paid for the passport you're about to tear. You're wasting the value acquired through your hard earn money.
2. Some of the passports you see people tearing online are actually expired one, so think twice before following suit. Please, don't join the bandwagon
3. No country will accept your entry without the Nigeria Passport. Tearing your passport is in a way, you preventing yourself from leaving the country any time you wish
4. Even if you're already abroad, you will be needing the passport or acquire a new one once your stay is expired. This is appkicable unless you're a dual citizen.
