zoedew:Was Obi's acceptance across the Niger borne out of sympathy for Kanu's incarceration? If perhaps yes, would Kanu's release reduce hunger in Nigeria and the yearnings of sane people for good governance? If no, a lizard with good intentions would always have better approval ratings than a kleptomaniac. Op, SAPA is walking in the streets of Nigeria. Kanu's release or Mandela's resurrection is the least of our problems, at least over here in SS. |

I pointed out the absurdity that very day. The drug issue was not part of PDP's appeal. Lol. It was very discerning to sane minds that the Corrupt injustices did not want whatever they considered judgment to become LAW. They subtlety but erroneous refused making pronouncements on the issues. LP might never see any CTC because judgement on those issues (especially drug forfeiture) was never written. The events of that day were predetermined. |
They don't know what has hit them yet. They call foolishness liberalism. We will know the allies they have left in the better south. |
YesDaddy1:Lol. But you couldn't discern the worth of your drug baron of a president? I like where this is going, an opportunity to sever the chord perpetually from a tribe that has lost every modicum of respect among its peers in Nigeria’s multicultural society. When shit hits the fan, you can cry to your fulani masters. |
Lol. This one has become a statesman? Prof Mahmoud outdid him in a manner that makes him feel like a Saint. The cruise called naija. SMH! |
Iamgrey5:Conscientious stupidity at its peak. |
The events of the last general election made me re-evaluate what it means to be truly educated. Many are unwittingly reeling in the cesspit of insincere ignorance and poor decision making. No wonder the country is a mess. |
eepeepook:What if he has supported injustice because of political patronage? What if Nigeria was allowed to work for 'all' rather than a few by collectively rooting for TRUTH regardless of tribe or ethnicity? I pray that Nigeria doesn't happen to you. Things are happening out there, and some of us have been at the receiving end, and that's why we clamour for good governance, but they'll call us names. |
swaggerjack:They have eyes but they cannot see. Once they start breeding kids, their eyes will open to the fact that Nigeria might have no future after Tinubu. Till today, he still has Lagos under his grip. Next is Nigeria. Is this what the economy needs now? Minions, over to you. |
Racoon:Nigeria’s 3 Arms of government under Tinubu: 1. Executive 2. Executive Legislature 3. Executive Judiciary |
Jessewizy:One man can never be the captain of 2 ships, that's the dictate of common sense. Just like no army can fight a battle at 2 fronts. He is going to run into problems, it is then you will know there's no 100% loyalty in politics. His enemies are more than he thinks, and are patiently waiting for him. It's either he grows stronger in one party or unites the opposition against him, no need to hype nonsense. |
Paraman:Since tribalism remains the basis of your support for whomever, all of you are mad. You're the enemies of Nigeria. Hopefully, we in the SS will never degenerate to that extent. |
Even a child can notice the many judicial somersaults this year. Judgements that don't rely on precedence. They denied that Tinubu lawyers wrote the PEPT judgment, yet provided a CTC with their watermark and were stuttering all through the judgment. Time will tell the outcome of this bold desecration of the temple of justice. Nobody should cry when the head is off. |
Thonyboy:In as much as it is obvious the current judiciary is not guided by PRECEDENCE, and that this spokesman is foaming in the mouth; I have no sympathy for PDP. They had the chance to strengthen our democratic institutions and make them truly independent, but they rather exploited it. What they could never have envisaged was that a party would emerge that would be a little more brazen in corrupt tendencies than they were. They thought they would remain in power forever, same thing APC are thinking now. Makes me wonder what the hope of future generations will be, with this endless cycle of impunity. Make no mistake, APC's time will also elapse, and without a revolution, they will still shed the tears oppositions are shedding now. Nigeria would be the greatest casualty. |
okoro:This is why they always advice not to make things personal. You see now, hallucinations have result, months after election that has seen your principals share the spoils in Abuja. You'd have to wait till 2027, for people to engage your hallucinations. Sorry o |
mannobi:Lol. You're not concerned about the desecration of critical democratic institutions, it is obi and 'obidiense' You're hallucinating about. Your kids might not have a functioning country to live in, in light of what's happening but that doesn't bother you. SMH! Madness everywhere. |
mascot87:Lol. Unbeknownst to you, you're actually the clown for believing only 'your truth'. What stops the 'ellup governor' from releasing a memo or sponsoring a disinformation campaign that obedients can jump onto like you're foolishly doing? The kids of both governors would see the news and smile, but not your likes. You carry tribalism for head like gala. Poor citizens with sensationalism. As if na today Nigeria spoil. |
Some people will say cooking with firewood reduces global warming, and thus their presido is working. |
nairalandkachy1:When institutions fail, people recourse to self-help. They will soon push their luck too far, and the nation, to the precipice. If the North lights the fuse, they would be too dumb to respond sensibly. They think it is the ibos that will ruin this government. |
The only thing that didn't work well on February 25th was the sabotage of results upload to iREV. Accreditation was tight, hence the total votes lower than in previous election, even though we had one of the highest turnouts this year. It was supposed to be a significant process until INEC in connivance with criminal elements struck in the middle of the night. Unfortunately for Nigeria, the judiciary in an attempt to defend illegality, unwittingly destroyed everything about technology (including BVAS), that's why governors could conveniently write results and explain later. All it takes now to win elections is desperation, not goodwill. The beans is still being cooked. |
Splashme:They really do not know or deny the power in people. I read some of their comments and laff. The day Nigerians mean business is the day they will realise the men in the corridors of power are lily-livered. They only know how to abuse the power they hold in trust for us, because we don't demand accountability. PBAT himself knows he's not popular among the citizens, worst still he rode on ethnic sentiments that have seen most of his tribesmen unwittingly pitch him (and his zone) against everyone else in Nigeria. Now, that is dangerous and that's why his zombie's work on NL has become harder by the day. In their denial of the fact that they lack support outside the SW, they quickly lump every critic into the 'ibo' train. |
Pakute:All bark, no bite. |
Now, the proper narration of events not the regurgitated lines by degenerate APC people about " private matter, politics". A party that's supposed to be governing still churning out propaganda like they're still campaigning. |
I told some imps who celebrate what they know not, that INEC and the judiciary has successfully taken us back to 1999 in our electoral system, where results are written, they blindly argued with me. Here we are! It's not in doubt, it was clear, but still allowed to fly. It is brazen, and after all they told the losers to 'Go to Court'. Well, he made one omnious statement which is that: " Everyone might go into 2027 elections armed". The anarchy this lawlessness will bring can't be conceived by Agbadorians. |
abc115:And senseless agbadorians are making the announcements but are never rewarded with such positions. As if Obi holds anyone by their tails, and humans are robots. If a whole president could transform his gender how does an Obidient becoming BATified or vice versa news? Is it because PO has no position to give that's making you discount the number of repentant BATists because of hunger? Dey play |
Judolisco:Like Wike betrayed the people of Rivers on February 25th? Oh, let me guess, the sun only shines one way. Now, Wike has a big distraction (FCT people suffer), the governor has a big distraction (Rivers people suffer). As it always is, while unfortunate citizens hail lawlessness and egotistical display of power, the poor always suffers. That is why Nigeria remains backward. |
nlfpmod:Someone should please remind me of what a zoo is. I see some unfortunate Nigerians are already hyping powerful men instead of weeping they have no country with strong institutions to bequeath to the their children. |
crossfm:The poor is sacrificing so much to keep Nigeria running to service the profligate lifestyle of the political elites. No one is permitted to question the status quo without being addressed with tribal slurs. Both the educated and uneducated bigoted citizens are under a strong spell in this country. They don't know they're promoting the recycling of generational problems for their kids by supporting those who don't want Nigeria to work for all. |
Lol. I made a comment about the newly- appointed CBN governor being another 'textbook economist', a while back, and then told the hopeless Agbadorians not to quote me until one dollar exchanges for #1500 under his watch. Well, it's just about 6 weeks after, and the projection is looking more realistic. People will see darkness and call it light. You will all reap what you have sown. People who deny that politics affect lives. |
