it all started on friday may 12(last wk),a neibour of mine bought a big snake on his way bk frm work,so he called almost all the guys in the area to join him prepare the meat for the night..

dat's was hw we arrange snake meat peper soup then step it down with sum bottles...my 1st time of eating snake.

Bt the problem now is dat,i've nt been able to sleep well ever since i ate the snake bcus i do see snakes in my dreams and nobody fear snake reach me 4 dis life..

i told the guy abt it,bt he said"maybe its bcus of my 1st time of eating a snake dats y my mind is playing games with me and its notin to worry abt...

I am here going through the thread and wondering why no one is talking about the NOC system changing to the Teer System.
So my bother and sister in law just entered the pool on Dec 31st 2022. with 453 score, I came to read thread to see if the score is still important since they are moving to in-demand occupation like PNP uses.

Please my Elders, if you have any information on this new Teer system please share with me.

The consultant I contacted to help with their express entry advised that I should hold on with enrolling them to take BCS IT course that the draw will be resumed in April according to what IRCC told them and he believes CRS score will no longer determine ITA but the Occupation.

I don’t think that was the reason, they already know that high scores doesn’t mean they are filling the required skills. The issue was with the glitch that reduced people’s scores. There must be investigations on what led to the glitch and then get it resolved. Overall next year’s immigration target remains ambitious and scores must come lower, targeted or not. Please re-write your IELTS, it is worth the wait and sacrifice.

Wait is it that everyone don't believe in this the news of transitioning away from this CRS score method to the targeted draws coz I see nobody talking about that here

What she's done by asking you for money for Christmas after you've just lost your dad is not right at all. It shows selfishness and callousness on her part and that's not a good sign. You should consider this to be a major red flag.
I think you need to have a serious conversation with her about this and tell her that you don't approve of her behavior. If she sees the wrong in what she's done and she apologies sincerely then you can let it go. But if she just acts like she did nothing wrong the you should think about ending the relationship.
I can't imagine asking someone for money immediately after they've just lost a family member.

I had a friend Tayo he use to claim he is the relative of babalawo, and nothing can harm him... One day we went into the bush to throw short put if you get me... (School life ) when we saw nailed to a tree a small bottle with two pictures tied together inside it.

Alas Tayo sprang into action "guy see this thing, nah jazz e be" he said as he touched the bottle just as I was trying to stop him, he looked at me briefly but in his eyes I could see that he was looking down on me for trying to stop him so I let him go. "Nah love jazz... Them dey use am tie people together make Dem love each other like mad " he continued... He then tapped the bead on his wrist three times and said " I go scater this one .. them no go love again ! ". I just kept enjoying the show as he was trying to prove all the stories he has been telling us was true.

Suddenly he yanked the bottle from the tree, the dried out rope used to nail it deep didn't give any resistance, then he smashed the bottle on the ground and picked the photographs ...off we went back to civilization, as he untied the pictures apart ... Eventually he threw them away and we went back to the hostel.

The next morning my guy could not raise his right hand, it had swollen like he had elephantiasis of the hand ... My mind went straight to the pictures but I didn't want to say ... I waited ...and waited till .... With a groan he uttered ..." Ye ye ye ... Nah who send me oo!"

I could feel the laughter bubble from deep within me but I didn't want to let it surface so I just had to excuse myself like I was going to the bathroom ... But when I was away



I laugh fall for ground like who dey fight ... Anyway Tayo had that hand swollen for 2 weeks.
