Oya NCAN (Nam Checkers Association of Nigeria) see food for una oh, although e go bitter die. Sannu Maimuna, Allah ya sanya Albarka |
Pls house I really need a good deal for a brand new or almost new iPhone 6S plus 64GB. I am based in Warri but wouldn't mind anyone in abj, thanks. |
Bros, first I don't think the new tint permit is an issue, I had mine done in March in abj and I've travelled a lot since then, but no one has asked me of it(i mean d new one) most of the cops aren't aware of the new tint permit. So what I do is leave d old one among my documents and but keep d new one handy, also go online and do ur tint permit reg. If you're stopped and eventually asked about it, u can show them d printout , tell em it's under processing. Secondly I'll advise u take Abuja-Lokoja-Okene-Kabba-Ekiti-Akure-Ile Ife-Ibadan-Lagos. Coz d Lokoja-Obajana-Kabba route is terrible, also be fore warned the Lokoja-Okene Road that'll link u to Kabba is just as bad just a shorter distance of bad Road, Kogi roads dey tire person. Better still get a phone charger handy, plugged to ur phone and map out ur route on Google map just to be safe. Most importantly neve hesitate to ask questions. I think ur custom papers are ok for that model/year of car u intend to drive. Have a safe trip if u eventually make d decision. Cheers |
Not a fan of violence but every thing has a limit and the killing of black people by white policemen in the US has reached its peak. I wonder what Donald Trump will say about this event, coz it seems if he eventually becomes president it definitely will be the order of th day. 2 separate events in 2 days in 2 different cities only gets to prove that there's a collective mentality about the black race in the US. Obama on the other hand has his hands tied and can only sit on the fence over an issue as sensitive as this. At a time when his "black folks" need him to speak out/against such violent acts by men who are meant to keep them safe. And the conspiracies are glaring, first the surveillance video from store in front of where Alton Sterling was killed was seized by the killer cops without a warrant, and they claimed to have killed the sniper in the morning's shooting but still haven't revealed his identity. But 2 weeks ago when a "muslim" killed 49 people in in gay club his name came up immediately and he was tagged a terrorist. One won't understand the outrage until he/she watches the video of how #AltonSterling was killed "execution" style at point blank range. The other guy was just trying to reach for his wallet in d glove compartment. And was shot with his 4yr old daughter in the back seat. All this is happening just after the Democrats tried to restrict easy access to gun purchase. One strong NRA will still see the happen and use the so called second ammendments to deny the push for for legislation that insists a background check b done before selling weapons to people it's that simple. It's quite unfortunate that the US that has caused war and wrecked other countries is imploding on itself. #KarmaIsAB****, For our fellow Nigerians seeking for greener pastures in the US better have a rethink. |
Is this interbank rate or that of the open market? |
I want to believe you're still in culture shock pls don't restrict your circle of friends to only Muslims, the fact that you're in warri should dawn on u that you are not in a predominantly Muslim environment. The more important enquires u should b making is where the nearest mosque is to ur place of residence and if u r hausa, how to get northern delicacies or their substitutes. Try to make new friends as I am sure u have a lotta "muslim" friends back home or wherever u came from. A friendly advise |
Relax she's still trying to adapt to her new environment. Unlike dogs, cats are very very very easy to keep as pets, she looks old enough to have picked up a few starter tips from her mum, so don't bother much. Try giving her fish, or meat, preferably cooked coz she still young and it'll help her chew easily, although cats prefer raw flesh. In summary, sardines and milk should do, only once a day, then beans with palm oil and crayfish, for a start they're attracted to that scent. |
Oya WAILERS come and defend ZOMBIES come and lament |
Thank you Timi for that Matured response to that recovering junkie. It goes to tell you lot about how people where brought up. Mr Majek go and hold ur manager, u don enter one chance. |
Good news, oya back to site |
I vote for Lanicky CC NLJega |
He's gotten exactly what he wants, I won't b surprised of this act sways votes to his favour. |
I hope d guy didn't go and was trying to prove to them that he was a star with a music video the way Lynxx did on Glo advert, anyways The police is really your friend. These cops are now finding any way to get latched on to cases, this is not the first I'm seeing on NL today. |
Chairman ur question sef....... Pls what other logical reason could on have for this scenario? |
This democracy sef, is this year the first time Muslims have fasted on camp, I wonder why this year's one is an issue, I was on camp in Aug 2008, which was the first time Muslims fasted on camp (I stand to b corrected), and we didn't have this kind of issue, it went smoothly, different states had diff means of adjusting to meal timetables. I did not miss any activity on camp, in fact I participated in the drill competition and my platoon won, with all.of this I never missed any prayer, coz with or without Ramadan Muslims must be allowed to pray, so what's with all the fuzz. It's really beginning to piss me off that everything has to be either religious or ethnic based. FYI for I am a Muslim from the north and I served in Ebonyi state. Was in constant communication with friends in diff camps around d country and none had any issue. It's in spirit of democracy that NYSC is even responding to issues like these they consider sensitive. |
I couldn't have made a better observation, coz not until u mentioned it,i didn't see the tattoo, that stripper pose only confirms her intentions AnotherSeun: |
Well for starters I think the phone is basically a music phone, that's it and the BOOM headset is the selling point. OK maybe we can add the HiOS which I think doesn't have a "wow" factor coz other high end android phones like Samsung, HTC and Huawei have their customised OS, to add some spice to the Pre installed Android OS. I'm quite disappointed that so much resources was spent on marketing a phone that still has basic spec of 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory and 1.3GHz processor, in my personal opinion it's below par for a brand's best phone in 2016. And for God's sake TECHNO can b more inventive than this, from a distance the phone looks like an iPhone 6S, I was expecting nothing less than 3GB RAM, 32GB internal memory. Anyway the price is fair for 41k, as per a new phone. That's the only positive side I c to it |
hakinze00:Bros I think it's Guus who doesn't want to be retained, his job as Chelsea's messiah is based on a personal relationship he has with Roman. I'm really looking fwd to next season. The EPL have a way of bringing the talents to England which to them is more of business based than entertainment based |
So his staff in STV can use Innoson bus, what's new, last time I checked, road safety bought hundreds of trucks from IVM, some state govts also patronized IVM, also if memory serves me well, this same Obama looking Obanikoro advertised one of his electric cars last year at an event, abi that one na IVM Make am? |
The more he rants on twitter, the more he exposes his stupidity. Will he claim he doesn't know that the same India he used as reference owns the largest refinery in the world? Does he know the cost of white products is now based more on the cost of refining and less on the price of crude oil? Will he claim that while Govt paid subsidy on kerosene 90% of the masses actually bought kerosene at N50? Truly he dresses like Obama yet talks like Obanikoro...... |
ADAMUdaCOWBOY:It's bethel, my sister also resides in that hostel, she just sent a mssg to me around 1am, telling me about d incident, it's terrible oh, the gen was turned on and d fire started from one room. It's exam period so there wasn't anyone in d room. |
There is this rule in India that every govt official must drive a locally made car(official) , I wish they could enforce that here |
This is no doubt the best dog walk ever, I'm proud of my city.....thumbs up guys |
I'm with the world Bank on this one, in my opinion as rightly supported by some NL members, fuel already sells at N120-N150 per litre in most parts of the country. But a few years ago when the govt (GEJ) removed d subsidy in diesel, most of us protested and held the country to ransome, I think it's because we didn't understand the economics behind the subsidy removal, now AGO sells for N108-N115 per litre around the country (I stand to b corrected), this is because market forces (competition) has crashed the price. Same should be replicated with PMS and DPK (good thing there are clear signs DPK will b deregulated) so now all the govt has to bother with is value for money, just like the telecoms industry. Many ppl esp the masses have never bought Kerosene for N50, yet a handful of ppl have made billions from the yearly budget the govt pays to subsidise it. Nigeria does not need to have fully functional refineries to remove subsidy, all they need do is allow the so-called marketers import the product and sell to d masses, with control on quality and transparency, if that happens, masses will just drive to d outlet with the best deal to buy white product. Hence they'll b forced to crash prices. Don't get me wrong, these products will start with high prices before it stabilises (say 2-5 yrs) but I blv it'll stabilise faster coz of the rate of consumption in Nigeria. Over time say 5-10 yrs, when refineries can produce white products that's enough for domestic consumption, then we gradually phase out these independent marketers. I feel the govt WASTES too much on fuel subsidy, have we ever paused to imagine what would've happened if education and health sectors were subsidised? In my opinion every Nigerian deserved access to subsidised health care and education, but not every Nigerian must have a car or run a generator. I'm not a PDP supporter, but if there's any longterm initiative that GEJ administration conceived right it was SUBSIDY REMOVAL. Again this is my PERSONAL OPINION |
whizboi19001:Sorry to add, a neighbor in a house I usually stay when I'm in abj got his wife a ford explorer 2013, and I also coincidentally stumbled upon the interior of a ford edge of same 2013 just yesterday, it's functionality na die, voice, Bluetooth, etc, but the interiors still looks like it was designed by a soldier, not sleek at all |
whizboi19001:No p bro, anytime, also try to check the "car talk" section, I've seen some ford pros there that have worked with RT BRISCOE and COSCHARIS motors, I think as far as Nigeria is concerned, those two companies are front runners, I also work in SS/SE although I'm from the north (hustling things) so I use a 4runner, I had to sell my RX330 to get it, coz if the terrain, I can't use a saloon car in this area coz of the rain, which is usually acidic, the flooding erodes bottom plates, gets into the silencer, corrodes the ball joints of all the tyres (first by flushing out the grease), so I need a rugged and high clearance vehicle, my guy that got the Camry full option changes stabilizer leakage like every 2 months, and a lot of other leg problems including brakes. All these problems are synonymous with the location. The 4runner has proven to b more rugged than even the Toyota Hilux, if not, if I was back home, Haba na Benz C 350/300 (2008-2010) I for obtain, |
Bro, u obviously seem to b passionate about the ford, hence I'll recommend u stick to it since you're quite conversant with the mechanic and spare parts shouldn't b hard to reach. I would've recommended the ML 350 but not 4matic coz online reviews have shown that it gives problems that are quite hard to repair, the 2007 version of same ML 350 had terrible reviews esp with transmission, that I'm very sure of, but I don't know if it was fixed in recent versions of same car. Then second hand value is another thing to consider, usually only Honda and Toyota can guarantee that, but u don't seem to bother (u used a car for 7yrs I don think you'll change this one anytime soon). Finally on fuel economy (I know u said u don't mind fuel consumption), ford have worked very well on that, surprisingly a full tank of any version later than 2009 will take u 10days (excluding journeys). I seriously doubt an ML 350 will give u that. My downside to the Ford is it interior, terrible (although I'm an engineer so functionality supercedes aesthetics) and the ML 350 has more prestige. If you r based in the south-south where rain and bad roads will b pronounced, stick to your Ford. I'm sure from my reviews you'll conclude I'm a ford fan, WRONG!!! But unfortunately I'll pick an ML 350 of same year over a ford Explorer, only if I'm in Lagos, Abuja (or any Northern state) if I'll b based in the south, ford will still win. Not an expert though, but try reading online reviews about both cars, hope this helps. Cheers |
I particularly prefer water melon juice, but I've also checked online for the benefits of water melon, it far exceeds that of orange, unfortunately most ppl mistake orange for lemon/lime, they're not. Like someone suggested, try mixing pineapple, Apple, water melon and orange. This combination of smoothy is mind blowing. On the issue of packaging in pet bottles, I strongly discourage that, except you'll have to add preservatives, which kills d aim of "fresh juice" and water melon ferments quite fast. It can't remain fresh for more than 3days even while refrigerated. |
Oooh boy!!! I love em, but Lord knows I can't take care of em the way u have( neva owned a dog but planning to do so soon). I really hope u find someone to do justice |
24 CTU ring tone, been using that for over 7years, couldn't find a better and simpler tone than that. |
Oooh, hard luck I pray u find it. Cc: Lalasticlala |
