You can't send police officers to quench a quasi-military camp, which is maintained by Nnamdi Kanu, who has aggressively vowed to tear apart a sovereign nation, Nigeria.
Kanu made a serious mistake by parading a ragtag army; especially when you have a former General as the president, that was disrespectful.
I lived in Nigeria for more than two (2) decades, Nigerian soldiers don't like to be disrespected; in fact, from working with soldiers in the United States (Michigan National Guard, Joint Forces Headquarters), I can tell you that, generally, soldiers don't like to be disrespected.
If someone, a civilian for that matter, maintains and parades militants (wearing a military uniform), he should not expect the government to roll in with police officers and patrol vans; he should reasonably expect army tanks.
Pursuant to the 1949 Geneva Conventions Article 3, your status changes once you start wearing an army uniform, for you become an enemy combatant: A recognized army (the Nigerian Army, in this case) can use force to neutralize you and your fellow militants.
Let’s gaze into history here: When the 1791 "Whiskey Rebellion" happened in the United States, spearheaded by some civilians, President George Washington did not send in police officers, he brought in military tanks to quench the rebellion.
In the United States, when violence escalates, a governor, pursuant to Title 32 of the United States Code, can summon the army and their tanks to the street (didn’t you watch CNN at the height of the “Black Lives Matter movement;” didn’t you see numerous armoured personnel carrier (APC) on the street)?

First & foremost let me start with the criteria "IF THIS IS TRUE" then I'll have to say the man did the noble thing by putting her in her place, although I must stress that he didn't do anything out of the ordinary.

Jaiz Bank Plc, the only full-fledged non-interest bank in Nigeria has emerged the first commercial bank in the country to integrate the Nigerian Customs Service e-auction platform.

The e-auction platform was part of the restructuring mandate initiated by the Comptroller General of Customs, Col. Hameed Ibrahim Ali (Rtd) when he resumed duty in 2015. It was aimed at blocking revenue leakages thereby increasing revenue generation for the government.

After repeated tests of the e-auction platform, the Nigeria Custom has deployed the e-auction portal yesterday with Jaiz Bank as the only Bank that has successfully completed the integration process thus enabling auction transactions on the portal.

The portal is now fully networked to Jaiz Bank as the only bank that has successfully completed the integration process out of the designated Banks. This will ensure that money accruing from the auction gets to the Central Bank of Nigeria Treasury Single Account for transparency and accountability.

The platform which is highly interactive will only give access to holders of TIN. Such tax payers will log in, read the guidelines, pay the non-refundable one thousand auction fee and proceed to bid for the items on auction. Hitherto, all auction by the custom are conducted through a manual process which was identified as non-competitive and opened to abuses hence the introduction of e-auction.

Jaiz Bank PLC is a quoted public company owned by over 26,000 shareholders spread over the six geo-political zones of Nigeria. The Bank's balance sheet has grown from N12 billion in 2012 to about N68 billion, with asset financing of over N30 billion (as at end of 2016) and customer base of over 230,000 cutting across all strata of the society.

- how will an interested bidder register to bid, there's no option to open a customer's account, only login as registered user.

Hello mamas in this noble house, before I start I'll need to apologize before hand for my questions might seem naive.

Secondly, we've been TTC for over a year now & my sweet wife has been battling this stubborn candidiasis, we've treated it 2ce & now treating it d third time, I've been told it can prevent conception. Over d last 6/7 months she's had irregular periods, some months her cycle will be 34 some as long as 37 days, we were even forced to run pregnancy test.
We've visited one gynea, ran d basic HSG, ECG, SFA, hormonal profile, all seemed fine, but the gynea didn't seem convinced about d HSG & recommended a second one after 6 months.
I've changed to another one who's started afresh we've conducted TVS & d radiologist that sis it said he's saw polycysts, BUT IT SHOULDN'T PREVENT CONCEPTION, coz it wasn't much, however that's contrary to what I've read about PCOS, although my wife doesn't exhibit most of the symptoms, & we're not yet done with d other tests like ovulation tracking, SFA & hormonal assay.
For a start, this is what I need to know, I've read here that Ruzu bitters is good for erratic flows & treating infections, how effective is this, & what's d recommended dosage?

It's unfortunate that ppl dcd to peddle news to trigger outrage, these youths are actually from Ijala community which is close to the Warri jetty, it's hard for ppl in Warri to know that there's construction work going on at d cargo berth section of the jetty coz it's at d edge of the river further down after NNPC, Ubeji & even after Ifie community.
As it has always been the norm of Warri youths, they went to the site to collect their "deve". This resulted in an altercation btw them and the soldiers which resulted in the shooting.
I know for sure whatever must've caused the soldiers to shoot was not mere exchange of words.
The Ekpan youths heard about this and decided to capitalize on it to protest, if u know Warri well and Ekpan youths, you know they just exploited another opportunity to rip the govt.
This so called deve has caused Warri's (& delta state at large) economy centuries worth of revenue, driven many oil companies out to PH & Lagos, this is because DELTA state government has allowed it to thrive, obviously for political reasons.

I use a glo line on d phone and I'm tempted to blv the problem is from d network provider.

@Queenbeloveth sorry It seems you're quite grounded, pls help me with my observations, we've been TTC for a year now, no luck, we've done the necessary tests, all d results came out ok,I even posted my SFA here for better explanation, my wife's hormonal assay as ECG scan came out fine, however the HSG tests, the gynea said that her tubes might be blocked due to spasms but she'll need to run another test after 2-3 months just to be sure.
Here are my observations:
-Prior to our series of tests my wife was in pregnacare conception, that same month, her period was a week late (30 day cycle).
-after the tests, HSG to be specific, the gynea said there is a possibility the procedure flushed the tubes open, and we might get lucky, as I'm typing this, she's 5 days late on this month's period, however she already feels cramps, we ran test using a strip on d day she was expecting d flow to start, but it came out negative.
Pls can u, any professional or lady which such experience kindly help explain what the likely causes of such delays are.

strenous exercise/work done 1 to 3 days b4 sample was collected etc..thus for a better and true picture of ur swimmers, most docs recommend 3 sfa spaced 1month apart or so, but like i said earlier, you shudnt be worried about ur swimmers..the present values u hv are ok,

We're currently running a series of tests but hers will take about 2-3 weeks to get ready, did ECG today, will do HSG tomorrow, also ran hormonal tests, hopefully we've scheduled to meet d gyne next week.

ur result appears fair, am guessing the 3.6m for vol is a typo from ur end or the lab, sfa volume is usually from 1ml to 5ml, ie 1/2 teaspoon to 2 table spoons, so the 3.6m doesnt make sense. ur morph is ok, its motility that needs working on.
you can start taking fertile aid motility boost alone for that, in the short term..coffe/cafeine works to give the spermies a lil extra energy...so taking 1 cup of coffee 1hr b4 kpekus would help.
also try and take anti oxidants/larginine......forever living has a product rich in anti oxidants its called argi, its in a powdery form, try that or any other antioxidant u know.

basically, you shudnt be worried abt ur spermies,,, the nos u hv is enuff to give woman belle. what of ur dw..has she been checked, how many yrs ttc etc

Then I recall about 7-10 days to producing my specimen, my doctor prescribed a dose of norgesic, a muscle relaxant, which makes me very weak, alongside antibiotics, it was for a sharp pain I used to feel around my kidney region.could that be a contributing factor?
Secondly, I have been taking #Ruzu bitters (after meal once a day) and Apple cider vinegar (mixed with water first thing in d morning). Would this have a positive or negative effect?

Your count is OK however,you would need to work on your motility and the morphology .
The presence of abnormal forms might suggest an infection.
I would suggest you take this result to a Medicine store that has an in house Pharmacist who will adequately give you the right medication to boost these parameters .
In the mean time ,pls refrain from sugary/alcoholic beverages,keep your jewels free from heat via laptops etc and you will be fine

Pls I'll need a medical practitioner here to help me translate this result of SFA.
I have tried reading online and watching YouTube videos, but none I've found tells me specifics, here's the result:
Colour: greyish
Volume: 3.6million/ml
Count: 72.4 million cells/ml
Morphology: 65% normal forms, 35% abnormal forms
Motility: 25% active, 55% sluggish, 20% non-motile
Now here's what I need to know in summary:
- is my semen ok, good or very good
- the result that worries me more are morphology and motility, coz WHO standard for normal motility is 32% that's according to what I've read online, but this result is split into 3.
- is there any of the indicators listed above that's below or at the borderline that I'll need to work on.
-any other overall professional advise is needed too pls.
