AN ONCE PROMISING CAREER IS ABOUT TO END...PLS HELP!
I'm a young man in my late 20s......Graduated @21 with a very good grade... Worked with about 2 companies within 3 years afters service before joining an International NGO. I observed from day one that nature of reporting and reconciling the accounting policy of my host and that of my organisation has proven so difficult to me. I was trainied locally and internationally but couldnt implement all the knowledge because of the difficulty in reconciliing the accounting policy of the two organisation.
It is 2 years already and i am working as if i am still learning the job.... My senior Finance Manager will be in Abuja today and dont know if i should confess this her. The company wants me to continue but i am depressed by the level of damage by unwillingness to learn has done to the organisation.......
I need your sincere advise at this junction because i am loosing it now.
