Arty2014:The fact that we see marriage as a mans sole responsibility or a woman's sole responsiblity to make it work is still not a good approach. A lady can consider a man and the man should also consider a woman if they are both matured enough to be respesponsible for each other (Physically, emotionally, financially, spiritually etc) and must both trust God for the sucess of the marriage. Marriage is not an institution where a party seats and folds his or her hands and cross legs expecting the other party to make it work alone. I don't belong to the school of thought that say a woman's must be this tribe or background or a man must be this or that before we consider them for marriage . The institution of marriage was created by God for each party to help raise the hand of the other. The bible calls the woman a weaker vessel because the man took the place of the weak vessel and thats why he needed an help mate in the first place. So if you are looking for a man based on his strength or you marry a man without clearly knowing his weakness and still love him through it then you might just need to still understanding the institution called marriage. Also I used the word weakness relating to issues like coming from broken homes, no parents and others in that category as it relates to this thread. Not weakness like lazyness or others in that category. I honestly don't support any irresponsible person to get in any marriage weather man or woman. |
The answer to this question does not really lie on the broken home fact. Lots of issues can make a person to be emotionally unstable. I know of homes that are not broken but the father drinks and smoke and it robbed off on the kids as well, so will you also ask to know if that's a factor for marrying them. Before I got married my wife told me her mum asked all this questions, weather my parents were still together and weather my father married more than 1 woman. As a matter of fact some mother will rather marry dir daughter to a guy from a broken home than a home where the father marries more than 1 woman because its believed that such home is built around strife and constant fights. Really I will not say you select any one as a reason or excuse not to marry an individual. Get to meet the person and if you guys know you are compactable and you allow God be the Head of the House then I see no reason why you guys won't be fine. ![]() |
buygala:Please for Christ sake dont say such. A police man is also flesh and blood like you and I. Am sure they also have families too. Irrespective of the issues we have with the Nigerian police, death is not what you wish for any one. RIP to the dead |
This is the first time I will read a post from Seun. Nice one. Well if its to prevent criminals I think its welcomed but for those with true request if you can get a way to confirm this then its welcomed ![]() |
Well if buhari is fine with his bank. Good for him and all the best to the bank. But as for me and my house hold its a no way for Union bank. Have you been to that bank of recent. And with the whole development in the banking industry and financial world I cant let one bank be slowing me down . They were the raining banks those days. And if first bank can come out of that old system I don't see why they can't. First bank is also old too. Not that am advertising for first bank but union is just to backward for me Even the banks high up dir I still complain about issues and I will now carry my self to a bank where they will need birth certificate, school certificate, marriage certificate , prove of income, house address, age, sex, height, nationality etc Before I deposit and withdraw simple 5000 Naira. If it works for baba. Good luck to him ![]() |
Number 8 is the most important. The bible says dir is joy in heaven over a soul that gives his life to chirst Lk15:7 |
Let he or she without sin or without any corruption records of ever using Goverment money for any personal gains out of all of them cast the first stone. |
And you didn't come down and take another cab. You people can be very funny. Once you see something that is not normal the first thing on your mind is to reach for you phone and snap for nairaland front page. So if he carried you the wrong way you will still not talk to him abi. How did you tell him where you were going in the first place. And if he his dumb like some people say then I don't think he should be driving a car. So how does he knows when other cars press horns. Lagos Naa wa ![]() |
She never start naa. Some colors are still missing jor. Please let her continue what ever cream she is using. The colors of the rainbow are still not visible Naa. She can do better than shades of brown. Green is still not showing red too is missing ![]() |
donholy28:Same question I asked too ohh. Am sure they would not have fixed the wedding on the same day as exams. Guess the exam was moved which happens well if you school in a country like nigeria and she was forced to deal with it. |
1shortblackboy:Help me tell am oh. What is latest about "pray tell" I wonder how he got a phone and how he subscribed for data cos if he knows how to do all that I don't see why the word "pray tell " is new to him ![]() |
slamoniker:God bless you plenty plenty. Really if you add the cost of the suit and the wedding dress she had on they cant say that buying a cake of at least 1500 even if its not a wedding cake is not an option they could have explored. |
Am much as I wish them the best in life and a blessed wedding I will not aggree with this. People might not like what I might say but its the truth. Yes the wedding cake and all is not the determinant of how long the marriage will last or the fruit fullness of it but please this is not a matter of poverty. Honestly I don't think so. I know how much slice bread cost and that's regular size oh which cost for 250-350 upwards Now think of how much this huge once will cost because this are not the regular size for slice bread. So am thinking like 450-550 dir about. Now if you go to shopright or any decent eatery it cost you at least from 650 naira to N800 and N1000 to get a decent and simple cake. So that is an option they could have used if they wanted. Cos I hope this has noting to do with Christianity and all this bread of life story that some people are talking about. God is not a reflection of poverty and if they did this because they wanted to use slice bread then I and others should respect dir decision and not make a joke of of this but if this was done out of excuse of humble beginnings and no money then it really proves what the bible said that His people perish for lask of wisdom. And even the children of the world are wiser. Cos really with as little as 650 or less than 1000 they will get a cake and the pictures will not state this. Wisdom really is profitable to direct. |
ocelot2006:I am not a business analyst or an expert in how the value of money increases or decreases. To be honest I would like to know what this Barcanista dude said and in less than 24 hours it happened. Now why don't we look at it this way. If people like this guy that every one is talking about (Barcanista) has a good info of how this work would I be right to appeal to him to also advise us on how it can also be better. Really to destroy something can be easily done but to fix is not as easy. Let's not start praising or causing any one about this. For those calling him a prophet of dome I don't think its called for. If you have the analysis he has you will know what he knows so please let's stop spiritualizing what is not. Please advice what can we do to make sure naira gains value and remains that way. Who knows weather a rep of CBN might just be on NL and can learn from this. Not every thing should be a joke or a platform for throwing insults After seeing greece and what debit can do to a nation, I belive that its the collective help and responsibility of every citizen of Nigeria to help fix this and get us out of this mess. |
Really God bless the first person that replied Really SO what should we do because he his eating pop corn in China. So ![]() |
Is it me or are this forbs people jobless ![]() What are we going to do with this information naa. How does this solve the present issues in nigeria. |
SporaD8:Well my point also ohh. Besides this gay guys have been around for a while and no one was causing issues for them or any one because after all it is dir life. But now that its legal to be gay and illegal by law not to do things with them I think that one don pass abnormal be that. And that lady called rivers (the E! Fashon police woman) as much as she is crazy I in her own way I know that. Woman says the truth in a way. |
Koolmexxi:Please don't take this the wrong way. But are you gay? It seams you are taking this personal. Beside I have not said I was the one that came up 'with the video above. Did you read all I said at all. Please you don't have to post if you don't have anything to say. I trully appreciate the last person that replied with pictures because that really help put light to this matter. Or you think am happy doing this or stand to gain any thing from it. I did not direct you to a personal blog naa did I. At least YouTube does not belong to me and Google inclusive. And by the way I am fully employed since you mentioned it. |
kamair237:Ok I am actually an allien then from Jupiter. We fly around where I come from We don't walk. Check my pic you will get a good idea of what am saying. |
OsoDupe:Hi osopupe. Thanks for this. To be honest I am not and will not be a partaker of bringing people down. And until this morning I did not know any of all that you said above was already an issue for Christ sake am not even in america or an american so why will I want to be part of such opposition I only took interest this morning when I saw some article about rivers the E! Lady and with the whole gay drama going on in the USA and them trying to impose it on people by passing it to law All this actions really will give people words to say and questions to ask. As I said before even if she is a man and weather the kids belong to them or not which am just even hearing that too this morning, its abolutly non of my business. President Obama has his personal life too and that I know does not concern me. But if this was a way to make it legal by passing it to law and letting other forcefully accept it then I pray that Obama hands are clean. Because it will really be unfair to do so. Because if it was not pass to law really no one has any thing to loose or gain expect those who are gay them selves. Just saying |
OsoDupe:thanks for such info. Will look this pics up as well. |
bewla:Did you know he actually called his wife Michael in a press statement by mistake. Please let let people do a research themselves so they know where the law really came from to pass it to bill in the US |
To be honest its non of my bizness. And he or she has the right to do as they please .. But not when you now impose it on people and make it a law. Did he actually think people will not fight back. Because if its a law and its legal in America they guess what The president would not have commited any offence by putting a man in the place of the first lady. Politics is as dirty as it is. Now inoccent people are been affected, and did he think people will not start digging I'm this matter when it was passed to also in the USA. Well I wish him all the best and as usual its non of my bizness. But let people know and be ready for this once you plan relocating to the USA. |
KELVINXY:Thanks ohh. But really its on youtube already since last year. If they wanted it off they should have gone after youtube. The way it all surfaced was Rivers 1 year memorial is due soon and stories are been leaked from different sides. And as my post says I am only asking based on what I found as well. I am not saying any thing categorically. I would rather they hold YouTube and Google responsible. |
kamair237:I asked a question in the post and as I said I read online and did research on lime as well so please I have not concluded on any thing. And don't ask me funny questions instead go online and read yourself. This is not a joke and its not a categorical statement until its confirmed. So if you have useful info please share No need for insults on this thread. Thanks |

Hello I just came across this news online and I was actually reading from articles on social media that it was the reason Joans Rivers the E! Show lady of fashion police was killed because she said it first on TV which I have also watched the video where she said Obama was gay. But I came across this particular video on the link below https://patriotnewstwo./2015/03/07/obama-admits-his-wife-is-a-transexual-man-named-michael-crowd-freaks-out-on-live-camera/comment-page-1/ Is this really ture because to be honest I want to first confirm before I conclude that Obama is sick for now imposing this on the world. |
Honestly what can I say about Nigeria. What good reason do we have for dong this to ourselves. Which other country in the world is doing this . Do you know how many Nigerians are all over the world. And have bank accounts in Nigeria. Do people even think before doing things in Nigeria. |
kaoule:My friend it got out of hand the first day an innocent Nigerian died and nothing was done about it. And in a nation where human lives means nothing to any one then its only right to withdraw all forms of civilization. This was not the Nigeria I dreamt about when I was a child and this definatly is not the Nigeria I will tell my kids about. Really have you ever travelled out of this country before and see how many of our brothers and sisters go out of this country by force by fire to go and do very crazy thing just to survive and it been like that for years It was that point when we as a nation started loosing value for human life and value other material things that started all this. Did you known that this madness we kept on low key during elections Now that elections are over the amount of people that have died are more combined together. Honestly my heart is heavy right now. Even those abroad would rather continue to suffer the hardship than come back home and be killed like animals in dir own fatherland. |
At this rate the end of Nigeria as a federal repubilc might just be here. We are still cool like this because the likes of some major cities have not been affected. This madmen can start a civil war at this rate or cause serious problems. No Nigerian deserves to die this way. No matter the cause. How can a reasonable country either PDP or APC in government be herald to ransom by an organization like BH. And to think we brought our selves this far with greed and corruption and lawlessness. If you ask me once buhari cant solve this then its better to scatter the joke called the federal republic |
Please for the sake of educating people. I would like to ask those who know this field so well. Whos responsiblity is it to avoid such a disaster from happening. I know buying inferior materials will definitely cause this to happen. But if you get quality materials but you still don't know what you are doing then you still will have issues. So who really is responsible to avoid this. Is of the architects or the structural/Civil engineers. Because I know electrical and mechanical engineers come after the main building is up and standing. But whose primary responsibility is it to prevent buildings from falling down like this. Thanks for the useful information. ![]() |
Even animals don't kill themselves like this. Where did we get it all wrong. Honestly Nigeria was never like this. What is this world turning into. I really can't wait for judgement day. And thinking about all of this then God must have really kept hell fire for some humans. Because it takes the devil him self to do such to an innocent person. Really what do they want, what do they want for christ sake. When will this madness stop in Nigeria. And some people will still be playing politics and stealing money when this was all that got us to this state in the first place where human lives does not make any meaning again. God Heal our nation Nigeria. Amen. |

. ... Na the bankers death and the now impoverished local government workers dey bring tears to my eyes
