It is not until everyone but at least a reasonable majority to reduce the risk of these strains that keep coming up from time to time. The work of a vaccine is to help the body fight infection not prevent infection especially not for a cocktail of viruses that keep showing up cyclically every 100 years. I rest my case. You have forgotten something called herd immunity that is why. The more the vaccinated, the less the risk of getting infected and the less the virus strains that keep coming up from the unvaccinated that could render the vaccines useless or require the use of boosters as is currently happening. Being vaccinated doesn't mean you won't get infected, what the vaccine does is to get the body system to fight back better to prevent serious hospitalizations that the unvaccinated could have.
