Pre-Degree is a two sememster programme under the centre for pre-degree and diploma studies. The form will soon be out for sale, it cost around five thousand naira. After registration, you will seat for the entrance examination at a given date. Last year cutoff mark for students in the faculty of Arts and humanities, social sciences and management sciences was 40, while that of Natural sciences was 20. You will write just two exams during your programme, the first is the mid-sememster exam while the second is the final exam. Students of pre-degree will be require to re-write jamb exam before they can be move to degree level. Any student that score below 180 in jamb will be converted to diploma. Believe me will I say this; whoever that fail pre-degree entrance or final exam should not be in school in the first place.
