Nice story dear.

I travelled to Anyigba with my friends for their post-UTME exam. I cried when I saw the way security men and other non academic staff treated students who probabaly were in KSU for the first time.

I and my friends rushed two girls that fainted to Maria Goretti Clinic during the pushing, dragging and pressing of breasst by useless boys

I called the SUG president only for him to start saying nonsense. I got to the school medical and met him exchanging abusive words with a man the protested against the way students were treated.

The post-UTME exam was like that because the school management chose to conduct it themselves, unlike previous years when them have an external body that conduct it.

I had plan of writing on the post-UTME experience but I will let you do it.

Please don't make me beg for update.

wetin be faint? Faint is an understatement. I almost die for pushing and dragging.
I met more than 10 of my readers from nairaland today, they all made my day. Infact, I'm chilling with Youngziko right now. I nor succeed o, I go quick go there by 4am tomorrow.

Five days and til no update.. GOD is watching.

dominique: @Yemi, weather or not your friend gave you permission to lift the poem. the fact still remains that you tried to take credit for it. You're also a writer, you shouldn't be told how serious the issue of plagiarism in the writing world. Always aknowledge an author for his work.

and when the author don't want his name or link, what do you do?

Wow. . . This world sef, even little things matters alot

it does matter alot. I for one will never allow anyone to copy my work without seeking my permission. Each time I post a story on my facebook wall and any of friend copy it, I warned them against such act and when matter get worst, I report them.

He has been my 2go and facebook friend for some years now. He's a writer and poet. Our "real" friendship started when I first posted a short story on my facebook wall some days back (but later deleted it when Victoria was angry about it content). He said he love the story and even did some edit on it. I was like "woo" when I read his own version of my story, he gave me some tips on how to write and he is currently editing my (Anyigba thief story) that's one of the reason I'm yet to post the last chapter. I visited his wall and saw many poems written as note. I read through most of they and fell in love with some. I asked if he wrote them himself and his reply was "YES". I seek for permission to copy some, he didn't reply my post on facebook. I later saw him that day on 2go and told him about my intension of lifting some poems to which he granted.

I'll post the pictures of our facebook chat and my "permisson message" on one of his poems.

No. A facebook friend posted it on his note and I asked him for permission before lifting it.

Wow... Just seeing this now. Travelled to Anyigba for an exam, and could not come online since morning.
Let me start by saying, I'm totally against Plagiarism, pirate and anything relating to it.
It's true that above poem is not mine, but I took permission from the only author (a facebook friend) I know, and he granted me the permission to lift it from his note. I know most of us might not believe, I promise to share proof of our chat (pictures) on facebook and if possible on 2go too. I might not be able to do that in Anyigba but will surely post the picture once I get back to Benin.
