The Egyptian military goofed big time.During the last election, the oppositions were divided and Morsi won the election. They could have put their house in order and conducted the revolution by winning the majority of the votes. i dont support the extremist nature of morsi but he was elected by the vast majority of the people. The military should have provided an atmosphere for dialogue or a constitution review than taking a democratically elected president as hostage. They shall account for the blood of every Innocent they have shed.

it depends on which one is the most important to you.Is it reliability,second hand value or fuel consumption.i have seen some very reliable cars but with average fuel consumption rating.if low fuel consumption is the first on your list i recommend the crv being a 4 cylinder vehicle. maintenance cost is relative and it depends on your driving habit. Base on my research so far there are few things that could cause this, Air/fuel control(this might have to do with oxygen sensors sometimes), timing belt issues (loose or slag), Vacuum leak.
If your vehicle is giving a whistling sound you might want to start with the vacuum leak check and as Sultaan mentioned earlier you can go to youtube and see how to perform vacuum leak test.

If your vehicle is also having a poor gas millage and probably emitting smoke, you should check your oxygen sensors.

Im experiencing the same problem too on my honda accord 1996.The engine has been serviced, air and fuel filter changed. The car was due for service anyway, but the problem persist, it happens only on low speed when the car is about to come to complete stop.
