2gbasky22: "YOU" and "I" are responsible for 9geria's problem. Cos corruption is a collective thing, and we must deal wit it collectively. I believe 9ja will work againYou beat me to it mate, yes YOU and I. |
^^ same here, i pity Lagosians sha. |
F√ck mehn, this is damn horrible. |
OMG! Isn't that Nairaland's very own ChinenyeN? Cuz it's such a coincidence he's from Ngwa too!
You funny o walahi, make ChinenyeN catch you. ROTFLMAO. |

@Billyonaire and Demdem2, you guys are derailing this thread. E don do abeg. |
^^ Facrook said he collected money not BRIBE. |
lacidi: TJ don off him fone lol.Exactly. |
Billyonaire: Been dialing that number since, its been switched off. Best to do is get court order for MTN to release call logs on that number, and Farouks number. I am sure we will trace Farouk's call to Speaker ....that Otedola has paid and that his share is comingI totally agree |
Beaf: AIDS problems are highest where babes are finest. What did you do with Ladi? **Ears itching for more details ** |
Then let's all call TZay or TJay on 08036513355 to confirm. |
edicolove: Good thing is Otedolla does not think like you. That's why he is richer than you. It is called patience and saving the best for last. You don't play all your cards when the game is just beginning. You keep the aces to your chest. People like you are gossip junkies who just want to "watch the video". This is not about watching videos. This is about winning a court case. You are getting it all wrong dear, i'm not absolving Facrook of the crime but i think Otedola should just do it and save himself from all the stress and before his enemies in the NASS nail him from another angle. This is Nigeria and we know how those legislooters could get desperate atimes. |
rhymz: ofe Owerri is like oha soup but instead, the thickner is cocoa yam and the leave is Okazi leave. . Also, it is usually not as thick as your typical Oha soup, achara soup, am not sure how it is prepared though but it is very different from Oha soup or ofe owerri soup.Thanks. |
For the Imo/Abia guys in the house, what's the difference between ofe owerri and ofe achara? |
acidtalk: *Amala - IbadanAre you for real with the last two examples? |
Otedola is really pissing me off big time and i'm beginning to doubt him, if he has the video and call-log evidence as he claimed, he should just release it to public domain or forever STFU. |
ayox2003: What makes him fake? He held a rally for GEJ to be installed as the president when Yar Adua was ill.I tell you and so pathetic having his propagandists spewing BS. |
brightmon: una wa say bankky get sore for head & dats why he dosent remove his cap, abeg make una show me ohh.Na your mouth i first hear say e get sore for head o. |
@^^ Why the question? |
LWKMD, what a thread. |
ENYI is a good suggestion i must say but umunnem my reservations has to do with the 'Eastern', don't you think it disenfranchises our western kith and kin? I stand to be corrected though but that's my fear and as afam4ever said earlier on about those who deny their Igboness, same way we have those who cherish it. Unfortunately i have no suggestions yet. Igbo mmamma nu! |
^^^Are you serious with the bolded ? You mean to tell me Indians, Lebanese, Chinese, Americans, etc, all these countries with their citizens conducting business in Nigeria and Ghana are doing so because they ran away from their countries 'bad economy'? I can understand Ghana wanting to empower its citizens in the small/medium enterprise sector, but the way they are going about it goes contrary to ECOWAS free trade/movement protocols. If you say this is so but Ghana has to take care of its own first, i'll equally agree with you, but remind them to bear in mind that this is what they signed up for. A way out for them would be to withdraw from ECOWAS and send all Nigerians (of course it's us they are targeting) packing from their country: and when i say ALL Nigerians i mean those that are in their schools that pump in $1 BILLION into the Ghanaian economy every year; i mean ALL Nigerians that come to Ghana for short and long holiday stays; i mean ALL Nigerians that own luxury homes in Accra (they should blow them up b/4 leaving); i mean ALL high-networth Nigerians engaged in business like GLO, SILVERBIRD GROUP; i mean the banning of Nigerian actors/actresses/movies/musicians from Ghana, and we will do likewise; All these people/products/services should be sent packing together with the small/medium enterprise Nigerians- they can't eat their cake and still have it. The mistake those of you in support of this ill-advised move by Ghana are doing is to look at only one aspect of Nigerias economic/social relations with Ghana, ignoring other aspects which cancel out any perceived negatives these Nigerian traders are causing. What i would have expected Ghana to do (since we're talking of small/medium scale enterprises) is to empower Ghanaians in these businesses that they see Nigerians engaged in, and by giving Ghanaians subsidies/loans, thay can edge out any foreign competition that doesn't have the financial muscle to compete; that would be a fair/legal way of doing it. The fact of the matter is that Ghana having good relations with Nigeria (and vice versa) serves a good purpose for both countries as it encourages healthy rivalry in music, sports, movies, etc. Any Ghanaian being honest with himself would tell you that the strides and improvements you see in Ghana in the areas of movies, music, sport, owes largely to either the influence from their Nigerian brothers or from a healthy competition with Nigeria (you know in sports, Nigeria/Ghana can admit/accept defeat to anyone but each other, let's be honest here).
+100 |
