Imagine a national parastatal - FRSC saying they can’t reach them?

When their is no national database, how can a whole country not have an ID system, no central database for citizens real time information.

This country will never progress until we get this aspect right, until we have a unique ID system for all citizens and a central database that could be accessed by necessary government agent.

It’s only after doing so that vices like crime will reduce, payment of taxes will be prompt and there will be check and balances.

Imagine a secondary school kid that knew after committing crime, the crime will be in his record for life. Even graduating with 1st Class from the university might still not reposition his life because all companies will be mandated by law to do a background check on all applicant, will our youth commit crimes?

Until their is a system that provides check and balances to guarantee repercussion for actions, there is no hope!
