Is this still necessary? I am thinking that that last KYC UPDATE took care of many things. I received my Uniodag pay off without doing anything at all and I never had any contact in past with First registrar. I witnessed the same thing last week with meristem registrars cuz my CHI PLC interim dividend was paid without me filling any mandate form. I think good things are coming with NSE

I noticed this too.
Seems there's a window within which registered investors' info are now synchronized.
Someone told me of CHI's payment too.......without filling their Registrar's E-dividend form...
.......but I think you must have filled at least one Registrar's E-dividend form in the past.

Yes. That's the email addy.
You however needs to fill E-dividend form of First Registrars and send to them by email.
Remember to tick all the stocks you have in addition to Union Diagnostics.

If you already have your E-dividend mandated by First Registrar, you should be paid without taking any action....
However, you can send them mail to credit your bank account with your Uniondac pay-off if you don't receive.

Depending on the variables you're looking at.
They still tried by paying N1 interim dividend anyway.

You may be right. But not sure it will reach N1.00 since they did a bonus issue increasing the shares on issue.

Jaiz, courteville and japaul can spring wonders but I will still take a look at Transcorp before them based on numbers, technicals and sentiments/speculations

Mr. Market is just doing it's things.
Jaiz has very good numbers.

Anyway, Currentprice should come and confirm which one..........and it's going to be for the very patient ones, cos the stock might not even respond quick quick.....

But Courtville rallied recently, did over +50% .......
Think it still have potential to move when good results are again released.....

As for Japaul, nothing concern that one with result or numbers o. Will move once it's ready to move.

All I know is Transcorp shares are being mopped to create illiquidity in the near future.This is the only thing I suppose that can move the stock very far.

Looks like they're deliberately mopping the shares to reduce the liquidity.
Maybe it can then move once they're done.

These Transcorp bids today na wa ooo. Over 123m bid. One single bid of 25m @0.81, almost 10% below today's opening price. I wonder how that bidder thinks they will get it. One must have a lot of money to lock up in a bid like that.

I pause trading other stocks now because of Transcorp.Money for Jijo is heavily trapped here.

Effect of CP not coming regularly to the forum. You sometimes ask him for guidance on some of these stocks.
This Transcorp is fast becoming something else for the shareholders despite improved results and good news surrounding it.
I hope Tony will do something about it soonest.

@Locodemy always have eyes for some of these stocks.

I'll advice he doesn't always sell all, even when he decides to exit..... especially when it's taking too long for Mr. market to respond positively to it.
