E get one insurance stock that's possible to replicate what SUNU did in terms of price appreciation BUT there was a buyout price tag (of 1.60) on it for over a year or two now, if not, it would have performed well on the Exchange.
Think I've mentioned it here before as well.

Once we are sure there's no exit again, then it will move up, at least around 4/5 naira.

Funny enough, most of those posting negative comments about OANDO are well seated in the bus, but discouraging uninformed investors/others about the good potentials of this stock.

That was how many were prevented from enjoying the rally all the way from N8 to N70/N98 the first time......a Sprint which saw O&O as the 2nd best performing stock in 2024 on NGX.

If you check the results, you'll see that the 'sustained loss' was NOT a working capital because it was already captured at 1 January 2024 (so it was not a result of the placement of August 2024. Infact it was ₦19,003,112 in FY '23 and ₦20,372,312 in Q3 '24 reports

I was surprised how you happened to mention the retained loss almost immediately when result was out, we know those who will rush to come and point out negatives so quickly, especially for stocks like JAPAUL.

Why not mention the improved profit aspect of the result?

Anyway like earlier said, everyone should analyze the result based on their perspectives,but JAPAUL will defy all paralysis when the time is right to move up.

Once GTI and Futureview takes position in a stock and increase their holdings for that matter, I know they've seen what we can't see now from afar off. 😊

Guess the guy selling or dragging the price down is still in the market, but we'll know how far at the right time.

Let me drop my 2cents on JAPAUL (for posterity sake)
1. Japaul Offshore seems to be the mainstream for now.
2. FY'24 Profit is ₦1.833bn.
3. There's a sustained loss of ₦18.54bn which was overshadowed by the increased share capital AND share premium. Recall that ₦20bn was injected by an investor last year...
4. Lastly, OS is about 14.26bn. EPS is about ₦0:12k

The question is: The so called sustained loss, what brought it about? Was it there in 2023 FYE?

The "sustained loss" to me was a working Capital due to the private placement done in August 2024, that was why it's reflecting in the 2024 FYE.
If you check thru the result, you'll see where this was identified as equity as well.

Anyway, everyone is free to give the result his/her interpretation based on their objectives or mindset, but to Mcy, it was a good result and an improved one for that matter.

The Onshore biz delivered so well this time around too.

As i logged in, this is what I first saw on the latest page, lol.
JAPAULGOLD declared over +250% profit after tax..
One thing is inevitable, JAPAUL is set for a turn around...
I have my own valuation already, whether market respond immediately to the result or not. 😊
I've said it long before now that anyone considering medium to long term should pick JAPAULGOLD...
It may however surprise us in the short term, who knows.....except Mr. Market.

I particularly love the coy names/improvement sighted on the shareholders' structure too...
Moreover, a new Company Auditor is also likely coming in, some internal restructuring ongoing already...
We see how the company fairs in the short to long run.....😊

He stationed at N2 before, then over powered by volumes, so he moved to N2.14/2.20, those are suspicious moves that should attract SEC/NGX's attention and investigation.

I don't expect institutional investor to be selling like that, it's probably individual (s) who bought huge volumes.......just a guess anyway.

Can't say about DS for now, but NASCON isn't doing badly so far, only suffering because of DS.

Considering the recent repricing, if it's anything to go by, NS looks undervalued.

We have uncountable number of people using Morgan here, such have not been noted to be of major issue.
How are you sure you won't encounter similar issue with another brokerage house?

The willing buyer and seller always show up with this similar volumes to dpress the price. Maybe the seller is helping the buyer keep the price low so he can do all the accumulation.

They will run out of steam eventually. Afterall their holdings is not unlimited

If you noticed, Japaul has been appearing on the volume table for quite a long time without any possible price appreciation to justify it.
Seems TA guys could not explain the situation either. 😊

It looks like they're deliberately keeping the price down as much as possible for whatever reason is best known the buyer and seller.

Why I was mostly concern is that Japaul and CHAMS can't see penny stock price appreciation actions without taking part in it........
If AUSTINLAZ could join the train, why won't the two do better?

Chams starts in green, ends in neutral. Japaul starts in green, ends in red. This has been the trend for the 2 siamese twins for the most part of the last 1 year.

The person (or maybe alien) has been on their cases for too long a time now......
