Guys, i need some clarifications pls.

Placed order on Morgan capital to buy WAPCO at N77.15. Total units requested on that price was filled but at N70.15. I guess because there were no offer at that upper price.

Now i was thinking i should have credit balance in my wallet but nothing is there.

have i lost the difference for bidding higher, even when i got it less at the prices?

Except someone that is extremely large or the Directors or long termer or someone that already write it off, who could have just picked and abandon it there, it's not easy for an average person to stay put in a stock at car park for that long......"hoping" it will one day deliver like this.....

Acquisition price per share is not yet out....but people already started calculating based on the OS, exchange rate and the aggregate purchase price from HUAXIN.

It talks about TARGET COMPANY and ULTIMATE TARGET COMPANY........which to me means HOLCIM and the MTO to be launched thereafter ......

We should get details of the information as time goes on.

From HUAXIN Cement document that I read, it says 100% of HOLCIM shares and not 100% of the whole Larfarge WAPCO shares....
100% of HOLCIM shares is about 83.81% of the target Company, which is HOLCIM......valued @USD838.13million.

Just trying to say the meaning I read to the doc as well.....i know yours na inside info.

Meanwhile, WAPCO was on fullest bid @63.80!!

Those offers that didn't get picked up last week Friday will be thanking their stars while those that panic sold @57/58 will be blaming themselves....

Someone throwing numbers around should have basis for doing this I believed.
Aside insider numbers, SA or DA numbers should be clearly stated to allow people make informed decisions.

That said, this WAPCO was said several times here that it only responds to special news such as this majority buyover.....
So, depends on the share price it's going to be purchased, the share price should rally around the figure.
We needed to now know the amount HOLCIM is selling to HUAXIN cement.
Hopefully the amount will be around the numbers already mentioned by the SAGE here.......3 digits won't be bad after all. 😁

Reminds me of Oga RabbiDoracle's valuation......
