Btw, it appears the bid/offer column of transcorp power on Morgan capital is not correct. Its not moving despite all the trades.
Pls do you have access to the actual number of bids on transcorp power?

As for bid/offer, yes, the bids are more that what Morgan is showing.
Morgan only showing bids from 1-100 but it's more than that.....but I don't have the actual figure.

Also, the line is not moving because most of the trades we are seeing are more of Cross Deals and are not selling on the floor........I think the only time a major floor sales was carried out was the time they distributed for those on queue too........aside few ones being thrown to the floor now, most are Cross Deals.

But with the fantastic result of NASCON, ordinarily, they're supposed to pay dividend but it's yet to be declared.....
If there's no dividend, then there might be another plan yet to be made public.

Overall, NASCON is a good buy because Alhaji too is still coming.

If it's true that a special dividend of N5.18k is declared and is confirmed, investors may likely rush it. That's my opinion.
* Bonus of 2:100 already mentioned in the FY report. It's the special dividend that still needs confirmation*


As for DANGSUGAR, one entity is currently offloading @50 in market.......or maybe it's cross deals sha, I don't know.

BMost likely just the same way it traded today. Bcous Transpower will be so difficult to buy. Everyone will still offload DS & NASCON 2morrow just to lay their hands on Transpower.

Only if one can know that this type of time can come and that SUGAR/SALT will delay like this, most people would have sell with profit to re-enter again.

DANGFOODS time will also come too.
This is how it will behave and intoxicate investors too.
No one is encouraged to sell at loss anyway.......only creating opportunity for those that are yet to enter the bus.

I think with Transcorp having larger share of this, Transcorp faithfuls stands to be rewarded.......i.e. the higher the price goes, the better for Transcorp faithfuls.

So how does what is about to happen differ from what happened when Transcorp Hotel was spin off from Transcorp Holding? Relax. TRANSCORP Power is NOT a new entity. It’s merely listing as a public company at a price. Nothing else changes. TRANSCORP Holding still has significant interest in TRANSCORP Power and would continue to enjoy all benefits accruing from its interest. If TRANSCORP Power does well as a public company so would all her shareholders including TRANSCORP Holding and by extension shareholders of TRANSCORP Holdings. QED.

If dumping should occur in TRANSCORP PLC, I personally think it will be a good way for those not yet in the bus to buy for medium to long term.

Tony must have already mapped out a plan to reward TRANSCORP shareholders, maybe thru price appreciation........though some says he won't but I want to believe there's a plan in place.

Those that wanted to dump may as well give him or his cronies opportunities to accumulate the more.......then, announce share buyback and move the price to their desired junction.

We all are witnesses to how TRANSCORP HOTELS was moved from 6 to circa 100.
