BusinessRe: Payoneer Funds For Sale ($) 1dollar At 220naira by Ymodulus: 11:16pm On Jan 15, 2016
I do like to state, that few days ago I apologize for my actions which as at then I felt were wrong and against Emmanuelex1, I felt deeply sorry cause as at the point of tendering my apologies I labelled him a scammer which I shouldn't have as I had no evidence as at then. ..

In respect to the above I am here to state that in light of new fatcs coming up I am here to redraw my apologies and say am not sorry for my actions. I accept my accusations and will not mind been criticised for it.

Now let me go down;

Emmanuelex is a scammer.

The person behind the moniker Emmanuelex, is same behind moniker chizogbame.

** It's funny that Chizogbame who has never commented on any business thread aside a business post which made front page ( https://www.nairaland.com/2772080/tony-elumelus-wife-delivers-two/1#40549980 ), will of a sudden make his second comment on nairaland business section to defend a scammer.

** Check the name on the pioneer screenshot there is a name starting with C, I will like Emmanuel to post that name and lets see for ourselves, if the name is different from that of Chizog..

** It seems chizogbam as a niche or flair for saving those who are tagged as scammers ( https://www.nairaland.com/2746886/nairaland-fraudster-exposed/38#40191055 ).

** if chizogbam can place his second comment on a business thread titled Payoneer card it shows that such. an individual should have great mix with business. But his account shows otherwise

Emmanuelex1 is a scammer. Let me show my reasons

** Emmanuelex1 after been labelled as a scammer by Ymodulus then changed his status mode of payment to A physical transaction stating he only deals physically. However this same emmanuelex1 in this thread was asking the buyer that the buyer has to pay before he does the transfer ( https://www.nairaland.com/2846581/dollars-sale-via-payoneer#41721518 )

** I find it lugubriously funny, as to how a person who sold payoobeer fund as at 6th January 2016 at 230, will come to nairaland 9days later to advertise for sale at 200, saying he never knew its cheap at that price and decided to modify his statement. It's pure stupidity and complete idiocy.
https://www.nairaland.com/2846581/dollars-sale-via-payoneer

** Check the threads created by emmanuelex1 and check the profile of the buyers who claim to be his buyers, all of them have questionable profile records. They keep to one pattern and that Is
1. They open new account and begin to create threads and threads with same pattern of them buying items from others https://www.nairaland.com/2846581/dollars-sale-via-payoneer
2.

**Threads**

Take note of this thread ( https://www.nairaland.com/2846581/dollars-sale-via-payoneer ) and all commenters.

They are all advertisers, of fake services and yet they genuinely need payooner card. Even one went to the extent of claiming to be with with Akon.

** one of his commenter was trying to sale above $1000 worth of payooneer fund I'm a day when the limit is just $1000. He was busted by stagger and he silently gave stagger his phone number.
Please Mr stagger did he explain to you how he does it??

I state once more that, Emmanuelex is a fraud and I won't apologise again for my actions except proved wrong .

I didn't say she paid you, am just trying to tell you the dangers in your new policy if you intend collecting money before helping someone.

That once you start collecting money, it becomes business and no blonger a favor and therefore anything can happen. Read through again
Please can you state where I intend to collect money to give information??..

I never said so, you must have misread my post. I think you misread my work for information as payment. Nooo I don't mean that I mean work for it. As put effort to get it.

Why should I collect a pay to give out information??

I don't believe information marketers do what they claim to sell. ..

So please bro you misread my post, when I said work for it I meant struggle. Just like when you tell someone you worked for your money

Hope you got my message on that your thread.....

Again if I pay you to get a contact from you and later bought the contact like what that lady tried to do..... What are you gonna call it, business right?

Never judge like that Bro, do good and goodwill will always protects you.
She never paid me, I gave it to her free. She never did pay me. Please read the post again bro. I stated there I don't know her. She asked for my help I gave her.

So she turned my help and took me as stupid one.

Nsonaso:
And you think he is doing the right thing so you joined him?
So you expect me to just dish out info to someone 100% because he wants to get into business I run?

Bro I did that early days when I started business and I learnt the hard way, on Several occasions.

Also if I can give you 70% of the information, I don't see why you can't get the 30%. Every body has to work for what he or she wants to get. And not everything in a business should be shared. That is why till today Coke remains the most sold Soft drink.

You have to work to get it. If an individual can give you 70% info on a business then reason your way to piece the 30%.

It's high time we Nigerians stop the give me free 100% mentality, we shud learn to work for things.
Even if I am a billionaire tomorrow, I won't give my wife all she ask for if I have the means too. She will get things herself. If she is not okay with that she should leave.

Please take a look.

.

I see no difference between what Ymodulus is doing and what the OP is doing. Ymodulus was very wrong to start de-marketing the guy without showing us any proof of his accusation. Until he brings proof, I consider his actions as de-marketing. I have been doing business in hard currency for sometime and I understand how all these things work.
Now this is what I will sincerely apologize to Emmanuelex for
Emmanuelex , I am so sorry I made a post without been able to prove beyond doubts that you are the one who scammed me.

I inadvertently demarketted you. And sorry alone in some situations are not enough , this is one of such situations.

I sincerely apologize and please forgive me.

stagger:
.

I see no difference between what Ymodulus is doing and what the OP is doing. Ymodulus was very wrong to start de-marketing the guy without showing us any proof of his accusation. @ Stagger while I was wrong to have demarket his sales without proof beyond reasonable doubt as I couldn't locate back my said statement of account of amount. I accepted my wrongs for that and will again.

However it's important to make it clear that

1. I have no intent to demarketize the OP for competition purpose.

I am happy you understand the currency business well, and you will agree with me that I had no profit tto gain in not allowing him sell his item, as I was not going to buy from him and neither do I sale or buy or deal with pioneer. Funds. You rightly stated my mode of operation. Also i dont do sales of my currency on NL.
So why should I just try to stop someone's sale, for no reason?

Answer is Simple - my wrong belief, thinking that Emmanuelex phone number is the same as a said Emmanuel Aritsewafe's ( one of mairaland most notorious scammer ) phone number. Of which I am also a victim of his scam.
I promised to show a proof of transfer from my e banking statements made to him and can't find it. So doing I can't proof beyond reasonable doubt.

To this end I apologized to Emmanuelex and will apologize to him again.

" Emmanuel , am so sorry for my actions , I took a wrong step in calling you a scammer, which was wrong. I would have first have my proof then come with it and as such I was wrong.

No excuses for my mistake. I accept my wrongs and say brother please forgive me.

As I said earlier on, Sorry in some situations are not just enough neither are money. And I am a firm believer of the principles that there is nothing like forgive and forget. It's either one of the two.

However I will today ask you please Forgive and Forget. Am sorry"

Thanks.

i understand you're trying to protect nairalanders from all the scammers here on nairaland, however it will still not be fair to spoil business for someone who might be genuine (am not saying he is). I just saw the screenshot of his account and he said his mode of transaction is face2face. I'll still suggest you check the number that called/messaged you before condemning the OP.
Okay sir, base on this face to face transaction, i apologies to emmanuelex if i have wrong you i apologies base on that grounds alone. However if transaction will not carried out through any other means, i reserve my apologies.

Sir for your information, I have never sold payooneer funds. And don't do such.

The onle e platform currency I sold times back is PayPal. Of which I don't sell such again.

Also my mode of business is different from his, he deals with online account , PayPal payoneer and likes.

I do account to account.

Sir I don't sell to nairalanders.

I have my own clients independent of nairalanders, I did that sale then because it was a Dom Dollars.

I deal strictly China -Nigeria. So I had to sell that of in the U.S. I have nothing against poster

Be very careful of buying from this seller.

This number is a scam. It looks exactly like a number who messaged me some few days back soliciting for donations for his brother who he told me was in Your Hospital and need help.

He bugged me severally with messages and calls and I transferred N10,000 to him. Only for me to fund out some hours later that the account belongs to One scammer called Emmanuel Aritsewafe well know on nairaland.

I am 98% sure this is the Number.

Ask this guy to post his account details and lets see. I am so sure of this.

modath:
would this crash the rate?
No it would not.

Rather it would further skyrocket the price of the dollar to the detriment of the naira. Have you asked yourself why the Rate of Dollar to Naira is always cheaper on Wednesday - Thursday Morning?

Its because the CBN sales dollars to BDC that day ( wednesday ), so there is much in circulation as at that day. Its Normal the Law of Supply and Demand is expected to kick in soon -

Econothematically
Lower supply + Higher demand = Higher Price

I heard from a good source that the CBN wants to raise the Nation's forex reserve to the sum of $50Billion after which it will then relax the stringent policies a bit.

This policy by the CBN to stop sales of Dollars to BDC is just a save face attempt to shore up the value of the naira. Its nothing but scam

ProgrammingRe: I Want To Learn Programming. Which Language Should I Start With? by Ymodulus: 8:29pm On Jan 11, 2016
ChinenyeN:
Java and Python are simply tools, both of which you can use to do the same/similar things. The only true difference is how those things are done. Between the two, Python is easier to learn, but I would recommend Java. Java may be notoriously convoluted, but it teaches (or maybe, I should say enforces) some good programming habits, especially when it comes to OOP (object oriented programming). It's not to say that Python doesn't teach good programming habits. It's just that from my own personal opinion, the complicated nature of Java really exposes the OOP thought-process, which is something you'll need to understand if you plan on programming in either Java or Python, or any OOP language for that matter.
I would have gone haywire on you. But due to the fact you said they were your personal opinions. Also a language been complicated does not translate to been best. AS i said i would have gone haywire.

Am impressed with your work here sir. You code only JAVA ?
ProgrammingRe: Fortran by Ymodulus: 8:24pm On Jan 11, 2016
Fulaman198:
Fortran? Loll I don't think anyone uses it anymore. It's as dead as Pascal.
Thats not true.
While i might agree that [b]Fortran is a pathetic language, as its has no advantage over today's C and C++ in terms of Run-time efficiency, i will still not term it a dead Language yet. I might say its 70% Dead but not 100%.

Fortran is still widely used for numerical computing, particularly by scientists and engineers in physics, meteorology and other number-intensive fields. For performance in numerical computing, Fortran is still the "gold standard" and supercomputer hardware designers still pay close attention to Fortran when they design optimizations.

There is a huge quantity of mature, reliable and finely-tuned routines for numerical analysis that are written in Fortran and still in active use.

FORTRAN is still used today for some important functions such as

1. Climate modeling. Example is well know NCAR MM5
2. Signal processing communit
3. Fortran is not dead. Many of the quantum chemistry and molecular dynamics code out there is in Fortran 77 and in active development.
4. NASA till today employs FORTRAN DEVELOPERS.
5. Many of the codes being run on supercomputers and the National Labs are in Fortran.

Trouble is that today when people think of computers they only know the business applications side of things. Fortran is not good for business applications, like databases and on-line commerce. But it is and has been for more than 40 years the primary language for doing complex numerical computation. It is certainly not dead.
ProgrammingRe: How I Feel After Hours by Ymodulus: 8:09pm On Jan 11, 2016
chiokefranklin:
after hours of programming

While it your picture might be partially true, i have a problem with this.

A Great programmer should spend little time writing codes – at least code that ends up in the final product.

Programmers who spend bulk of their time writing codes are too lazy, too ignorant, or too arrogant to find existing solutions to old problems. Great programmers are masters at recognizing and reusing common patterns. Good programmers are not afraid to refactor (rewrite) their code to reach the ideal design. Bad programmers write code which lacks conceptual integrity, non-redundancy, hierarchy, and patterns, and so is very difficult to refactor. It’s easier to throw away bad code and start over than to change it.
