yMcy56:If them no want us to buy, why list it? I guess they'll not release offers until they reach their desired price. Our own na to see something chop from their corruption. Please do you know anything about TIP |
What's happening to Sterling bank? Has been stagnant for months. Has the bank released Q3 result? |
yMcy56:Please do you think Chams still has significant upside from current price? |
emmanuelewumi:The Company is principally in the business of manufacturing drugs (tablets, capsules and syrups) in Nigeria under two (2) categories namely Pharmaceuticals and Nutraceuticals. The Pharmaceuticals segment comprises of forty-one (41) drugs such as Ebu 200 & 400 (ibuprofen tablets), Laclox (an ampiclox formulation), Lamox (an amoxicillin formulation) and Lampicin (an ampicillin formulation), used in treating different ailments. The Nutraceuticals segment consist of 100 products including multivitamins and dietary supplements, the majority of which are imported from Youthberry (an American supplement manufacturing company). While the Nutraceuticals segment is largely a trading line, the Company produces its pharmaceuticals drugs (predominantly branded generics) with support from its research and development team at its factory at Debo Industries Compound, Oshodi, Lagos State https://www.google.com/amp/s/investogist.com/mecure-industries-plc-to-list-on-the-nigerian-exchange-by-introduction-at-n2-96-per-share/amp/ |
OBAGADAFFI:Thanks |
emmanuelewumi:Only 140,00 units traded so far yet no offer at moment. Why list on NGX when there's no supply |
@Mcy and other experts in the house, if someone has a particular stock with 2 different stock broking firm, do you need to fill E-dividend forms with the 2 stock broking firm to get your full dividends for the total quantity of shares or can filling with just one of the stock broking firm serve |
NASCON with interim dividend of N1 and very good results still ended in the negative territory today. Na wa o |
Kreos44:The stocks include DANGCEM (Dangote Cement) MTNN GTCO Zenith Seplat Stanbic Nestle NB (Nigerian Breweries) and BUA Cement Wahala no dey finish |
Are we having another TinubuBull over the supreme court ruling? |
For newbies, this season is buying season, not selling season. However, if you want to buy, it is safer to buy stocks whose price has been relatively stable in the past 2-3 months - a sign of price consolidation. It is best to avoid stocks that have recently rallied upwards because there is a high chance of significant price reversal at any point. But if you have bought, it is safer to hold because chances are that better selling opportunities will still come in the near future |
Krisuba:Lol.. I believe sugar will still have another run.. Same with Transcorp.. |
This market is sometimes for the very brave. If I was brave enough, I for follow ride this Cham but I missed out narrowly. As if it that wasn't bad enough, I also missed Japaul. Na wa o |
kolaish:But the keywords in what currentprice said are 'very popular' and awaiting Q3 result, on the basis of which I believe Mcy made her post. Anyway, we need more clue |
Mcy56:Thanks Mcy. Oga currentprice, over to you. Please give us more clue |
currentprice:Mcy, help us decode this one. Thank you. |
pluto09:Same here |
New Tony New UBA New Transcorp You get the drift? Meanwhile, those who rushed out today will likely rush in tomorrow.. |
IderadeAratumi:The problem is not jumping out but deciding on what price to jump back in. For me, I'm not jumping out any time soon, except I have emergency need for cash. |
I didn't understand any rationale behind stock sell off in September, when we should be building momentum for end of the year and new year rally. That was the reason I remain unmoved.. |
After rushing out, race to rush in begins now... |
Sell offs in low volumes na wash.. Just shake off weak hands.. In any case, this period is traditionally not a selling season Whatever happens, up we go |
Blood day on NGX. Reasons unknown. Let's see how tomorrow goes |
Someone sold millions of units of Transcorp all the way down to 6.07 naira. But the price is back to 6.48. Those rushing out should quickly do so we can resume our upward journey.. This is the new Transcorp destined to make us proud |
Those dumping bank stocks should be careful. Our ogas said the next big rally will be the banks. Though Dangote sugar is not a bad choice either |
Market seems to be back to inactive mode waiting for the next trigger for another upward trend. What will that be? I have no idea Oga currentprice once said we should expect more good news. |
Market no send tribunal judgement |
ttmax09:Yochaa |
Surprisingly, Transcorp performed better than Dangote sugar in the last 1 month (90 percent gain vs 86 percent) ABC transport is the best performing stock in the last 1 month. How come? One day, Transcorp go make us proud
|
If Tinubu wins at the tribunal tomorrow, what should we expect? Another upward trend or indifference? What if the tribunal shock everyone with a rerun? I think the slowing of momentum in today's market has something to do with the uncertainty of tomorrow.. This is the more reason why electoral dispute should be concluded before swearing in. But in Nigeria, things are done upside down. |
When there is pull back, some people will not jump in. But later they will come asking if, for instance, Dangote sugar is a good buy at 100 naira. How do you begin to answer that kind question? Our ogas have told us say na cruise till next year. I believe so 💯 I predicted the trend for the market this year as far back as June. History repeating itself

Coolcash1:Don't be too sure. The pressure on the judiciary this time around is much. Anything can happen. Except you don see expo. Pls tell us |
You have stayed long enough on this platform to know the type of stocks @currentprice will recommend. Transcorp is not his type of stocks. Instead of transcorp, you can put Mansard or cornerstone insurance. Though I may be wrong as well because I doubt ever seeing him mention insurance stock
