coolman19: I need sample questions for F1 Visa Interview. Does somebody have possible questions asked during a US F1 Student visa interview? Please give me as much question as possible. I'll be thankful if somebody answers my question shortly.

Me; I tell am. 2000. And I started story. Ond to IT. Then after IT, I went for 2yrs certification course in solar installation and maintenance. I said I did that because the company was really struggling to survive because they were spending so much on power generation to sustain production in d company.(A german company in lagos)
Then I said I went back for my hnd in physics to broaden my knowledge of science and finished 2010.
Then I told her I got employed with xoxo company after graduation and I will be going for my study leave.(Na USA company in niger o)

I think she dey confused with d year I finished sec school and just going for bsc. Cos na so she just dey stir at the i20. Then I should have passed my docs for those period of second school till now to convince her a little bit. Shikena

bigfrancis21: Which amount was stated on your I-20? You didn't specify. The reduced new amount or former main amount?

The former main amount, and the school also sent a copy of the a/c back for me to take to the embassy. Although i intend adding another heavy a/c but my sis said i shld not touch it or add anything to it.

I'm currently filling the DS 160 form online and there is this part that is asking Person/entity paying for your trip?

The Options for me to choose are;

1. Self
2. Other person
3. Company/organization

Pls what should I choose, I am confused as my Uncle is the one sponsoring me and I'm using his Company's Bank statement

Should I choose "Other person" which would be My Uncle

Or "Company/organization" which would be my sponsor's company.

Pls help. I need a quick response. Thnx

Use 'Other person'

It would later ask you the person's particulars. All the best.

It was his choice and no fault of the embassy. The worst was he could have asked for ED.

Thats not true. Whether you ask for ED or not, their response wld be the same 'keep checking'. I even went as far as sending mails attaching my admission letter and I-20 for expedited interview several times, called call centre several times but to no avail, until i checked this morning and saw a date.

I have a question. My school reduced the total amt i needed due to the fact that my sis over there swore an afidavit of support (feeding , trans and acco.). Pls, i need to know if this wld not affect me @the Embassy as the total amt was still that stated on my I-20 by the sch. pls reply.

There's a very slim chance of visa approval if one presents a community college I-20 at the embassy.

I just got admitted into St.Philips College, San Antonio for fall 2013, ve bn issued my I-20 and acceptance letter, yet to get an interview date,. What are my chances and what do i expect @the Embassy

I am as surprised as you are that almost every1 sees nothing wrong with PREMARITAL SEX. The same way nobody sees anything wrong with BRIBERY, CRRUPTION, INTERNET SCAM, EXAM MALPRACTICE, GAY/LESBIANISM etc.
