Doctors can take postgraduate courses in pharmacology. It is something I've personally seen. And Pharmacist also teach them these courses.
They do Pharmacology in school hence why they can furthur.

Most that take these courses are inclined towards Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics.

And no, pharmacology isn't the only thing we do of the 5.

Doctors can take postgraduate courses in pharmacology for your information.
There's a department of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics. . . .it's under Internal Medicine in some teaching hospitals now.
They train residents and even lecture pharmacology. And yes, they're Medical Doctors with MD attached to their names.

But as you said that's easy stuff, a dummy could do it.

There's absolutely nothing basic about what doctors learnt. They learnt it all in details as it pertains to hospital application in patients' management.
I sat in a classroom with other members of the health sector, I'm not trying to take anything from them but I'll say it anywhere, we didn't have it as easy as they did and still do.

There's so much pressure passing through med school so seeing how you claim to be a pharm D holder and dismiss diagnosing, treating and managing patients at a pharmacy as basic things a pharmacist knows is hilarious.
