If you think the report is biased and baseless why have they not cancelled the contract with REMITA and reverse to the platform developed by CBN

Buhari’s Accountant General Signed TSA Agreement With REMITA, Not Jonathan – Report.....i had to take time to research on this controversial issue,there are more questions begging for answers
1) What is the cost of operating the REMITA platform such that 1% of total remittances is deducted per day and shared between CBN,SYSTEM SPECS and BANKS?

2) Who is auditing them to ensure all fees collected are remitted,is there any independent third party auditor to conduct quarterly audit in line with international best accounting practices.?

3)With the current financial quagmire facing the Country,Does it make sense for any sane Govt that plans to cut costs to agree to such an extravagant 1%charge per transaction?
