JackDaAlienz: I really never understood the reason behind flogging someone for failing a subject.
It never ever made sense to me Someone will pay School Fees Attend your class Instead of you to correct the student who failed or give him/her Zero mark. You flog them and still give them Zero mark, on top the school fees the person paid??
Flogging is punishing the child for wasting your efforts. Yours is to teach and theirs is to learn and pass.... Punish them for not being responsible. By the way na their parents dey pay school fees that's why some of them don't take their studies serious |

LightAunt: Depression is real. Please everyone reading this should try to check up on friends and family, especially if you haven't heard from them in a while. You are right ooo. I have attempted suicide twice due to depression but seems like even the devil dont want to receive me yet meaning that God has bigger plans ahead. Many family members didnt know what I was passing through but I'm still grateful to that friend that came through for me. I now take it as an obligation to call or text friends whenever I can manage to get little airtime.. Depression is really bad |
Nairaland General › Re: See 10 Nigerians Who Are In Guinness Book Of Record. by youngdabold19: 11:53pm On Nov 01, 2020 |
Bkayyy: Nonsense, Bunch of mediocrity. Almost all of them did easy things just to get into the record book like painting large newspaper which can be done by anybody because the record never said that the painting was unrealistically attractive. Just painting. Another stupidity is dancing for a long time. Like are you kidding me? Just shaking your body. Anyone with enough stamina can do that just that most people see it as a thing of shame to enter the record with such average mediocrity. The only reasonable records there are that of Stephen Keshi, Tuedon Morgan and David Omueya. The rest are just records of gabbage set just to enter book. No wonder most of them are broken within seconds of being set. For your information anything can be on record, whether shameful events or extraordinary Kaffy's record was broken by another Nigerian girl about last year or two years ago but bros record na record oo |

It started in August when my uncle's sickness became worse and it entered into stroke. I was the one financing our home before with my teaching job but during the lockdown it hasnt been easy,I had to quit my job in order to take care of my uncle at home since he is immobile due to his stroke. Last week,I sold my phone just to provide food.I have even stopped my uncle's treatment because I have exhausted mt savings,My younger neice is currently planning to drop out so she can hawk pure water while the two younger ones go to school.
Any body who can help me with anything,I will be really grateful please,it hasnt been easy on me as my aunt is late. Please I will really appreciate..

Godbless3: People with your mentality will always suffer and smiling. A child don't just born, start talking, start walking. It all begin with a step. murmur sounds, sitdown with pillow to protect, later sit alone, crawling, trying to stand for few seconds, making that 1st step and so on.. That the 1st step in the whole protest and its a big win just like people put it for 15-16yrs they refuse to disband it nor consider restructuring of the police. We will get there soon and your child will one day realize his dad was a coward. How do you expect the restructuring to take place? borne out of your wife pussy during child birth? . I dont think you got my point, the protest is a plausible one but what will be the reaction of the NPF.SARS will b scrapped but what of its members? They will b reassigned to other units in d NPF and without due monitoring will continue their evil acts as NPF and not as SARS.The NPF as a whole needs 2 b reformed and not just SARS alone |
