Yahoo1: Guys i came against this arguement; China has more english speaking population than England, and possibly united states!....as of 2007 China(1.3billion in population) has over 350million english speakers, compared to englands 50+million population.....but my question is;are they all pire english speakers or just learners, because there is a difference in learning and learnt!......and USA has english as its official language, not that these other countries doesnt, but U.S.A has no other alternative language,so their cant be any other language there...so i dont think its possible china has over-surped them in English speaking population, unless u add Indian, which has over 40% of their population speaking hindi, but if yu do that then you have to staert adding up europe!your english is terrible. You've gat to do something about it first bro |
is the kid already in a secondary school, or is about to gain admission into one, i.e basic 7? |
when do you guys think the admission list will be released? |

Youngsage: Hii y'all! |
Odunnu: UNIBEN thread is already in its 152nd page already, dearie.Well I guess the rule just changed a few days ago?? cos I noticed a thread was locked just a few days ago, based on its reaching a 100 pages on which you said and I quote: Odunnu: We've reached our maximum page for threads on NL.and also: Odunnu: Start a new thread please and post the link here.? this actually prompted me to ask the question I asked. Thanks for your answer though, do have a good evening. ![]() |
Hii Odunnu, I must say as a mod u're doing real good on here, but i've noticed something here which brings me to the question : why are topics here on the education board not allowed to exceed a 100 pages, if reason is that max. no of pages allowed for a topic/thread is 100 pages, but i've seen countless others with far more than that no. of pages on other boards and are still open and active? Do the rules on boards differ? Pls enlighten me on this. Thanks. |
Hii all! Been on this thread right from its inception, kudos to Matthew, Tobexin, et al. now at this stage we are closer to the goal- admission. The focus right now should not be the cutoff marks, which i have observed has caused a great deal of trepidation amongst many, but should be towards your names on the admission list. Know that whatever the cutoff/your score may be, if this year is your year then nothing can prevent you from gaining that admission. Do you believe this? Rather than get agitated, be calm, have faith in God and be prayerful, yes. There is nothing God cannot work out for you if you have faith and you're close to him. If you know you believe in a great God then be of great faith, little faith is like having no faith at all. Also see that what you score alone does not determine your admission. But by the infinite mercy of God i say testimonies and celebration will not cease from your lips in the nearest future IJN. Begin to visualise your admission letter from now, yeah! Can you see it? Its only a matter of time, if God say yes who can say no? My people it is well, say it if you know that- #Godisincharge. Have a great day. |

Abbey2sam: As far as dis dude is concern, that is not rating for education standard, this is just web popularity rating and notin more...so why jubilating...ooops MAULAG not unilagimprove on your use of english bro. To all UNILAG haters, point of correction is that UNILAG was never changed to MAULAG, it was only an attempted change of name which is considered a silly act. MAULAG doesn't exist, and is not synonymous with UNILAG. If you think or feel otherwise, drop the website of Maulag here let us confirm or prove otherwise ok |
The source of this information is already stated above but for better clarification, here: http://www.4icu.org/topAfrica/. the link you posted is according to the January rankings, whereas the above is current for the month of July. cheers |
