The University of Benin (UNIBEN) AdmissionScreening Exercise for 2017/2018 Academic Session; to be conducted by UNIBEN CONSULT NIGERIA LIMITED,will take place between 14th September, 2017and 25th September, 2017 in designated centres within the Ugbowo Campus of the University.

The Screening Exercise shall be conducted using the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. All candidates are expected to be seated, latest one hour before the stipulated time for their screening exercise.

PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates who applied through JAMB for the 2017/2018 UTME Admission and chose University of Benin as First Choice and scored 200 and above are eligible for this Screening Exercise.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
All applications should be made between 8.00am 30th August 2017 and Midnight 9th September 2017.

The procedure for the 2017/2018 Admission Screening application is as follows:

Candidates are advised to have a valid e-mail account before starting the application process.

1. Visit uniben.edu
2. Click on Student Portal
3. Click on WAEUP Portal .
4. Then Click Application at the top left of the display page to proceed.
5. Select the 2017/2018 Admission Screening Application.
6. Click on Register for Application
7. Enter your Surname exactly as written on the JAMB Registration slip and your JAMB Registration Number immediately, your ID and Password will be displayed on the browser.
8. On the https://uniben.waeup.org click on ‘Login’ (top right of front page).
9. Enter your Username and the password to login.
10. To start the application process, please click on‘Application record’, provide all required informationand upload your passport photograph.
11. Upload a RECENT and CLEAR “1×1” COLOUR PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WITH RED BACKGROUND INJPEG FORMAT ONLY. Great care should also be taken to follow the specified formats on the UNIBEN website and portal. NOTE that the photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in the University of Benin. FAILURE TO UPLOAD THESPECIFIED PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION and failure/forfeiture of admission.
12. To pay for the Application, click on“Add online payment ticket” at the bottom of the page, then click on “Pay Via Remita” on the top left corner of the page, follow the instruction to pay the application fee of N 2,000:00; (The fee excludes other charges),the admission screening exercise past questions forN 1,500:00 (optional); excludingServices charges with a valid ATM-Enabled Card from any Commercial Bank in Nigeria
13. A link is displayed “Download past questions to practice upon successful payment.
14. Preview and confirm your information before submitting your application online. (No correction will be accepted after the closing date).
15. Go back online on the appointed date to print out the acknowledgement slip that contains your specific screening schedule.

This is to inform all UTME and DIRECT ENTRY(DE) candidates who have applied for admission into the Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, for the 2017/2018 academic session, that the on-line screening exercise will take place between Monday, 4th to Friday, 22nd September, 2017.

The University will also consider UTME candidates who did not choose EKSU but scored 180 and above in the last UTME and are interested in changing to the University. EKSU accepts 150 and above in the UTME for our pre -degree students only.

INSTRUCTION TO ALL CANDIDATES
1.
Log on towww.eportal.eksu.edu.nq and click on Screening of UTME/DE Application.

2.
Download payment slip. The downloading will require you to supply Jamb Registration Number (UTME Number), Names and select the bank you wish to pay to.

3.
Take the payment slip to any branch of the selected bank for payment.

4.
Log on to the www.eportal.eksu.edu.ng to fill in the required details on screening form and attach your 1" x 1" colour passport photograph with red background in JPEG format only (Note that UTME & DE No. is your User ID while the Transaction ID obtained from the bank is your password).

5.
Detailed results from at most two of the following examinations, SSCE/NECO/NABTEB should be provided.

6.
Candidates awaiting results should supply it within one week of release.

7.
Preview, confirm, submit and Print out the completed form.

ELIGIBILITY
EKSU will admit only candidates who made at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in the relevant subjects AT NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS and a minimum of LOWER CREDIT for DIRECT Entry candidates.

Direct Entry candidates who are interested in changing their choice to ESKU will be considered.

Any candidate who fails to participate in the screening exercise will not be considered for admission into the University.

This is to inform you all that correction of data such as Change of Course/Institutions, Correction of Gender, Correction of Names, Local Government, etc. for UTME 2017 has now be enabled on the eFacility portal.

All accredited centers are participating in the correction.

-Centers are not allowed to charge more than N2500:00 for all corrections done at a time.

-Centres are not allowed to charge separately for correction that can be done at once.

-You are expected to monitor all the centers to ensure complaints.



HOW TO APPLY FOR JAMB CHANGE OF COURSE/INSTITUTION

Steps

-Visit www.jamb.org.ng and Login with your e-mail and password.

-Then you see JAMB website available services, Click on Correction of DATA

– Choose JAMB change of course/institution;

-Then you will see a box to input your Jamb Registration No.

– After this you can see and get Transaction ID (in a bold red font);

– You will need to pay for an opportunity to fill in change of university form;

– You may pay immediately with your card, or pay in some ATM. If you choose the latter, you need to provide your Transaction ID;

– If you want to pay on the website, enter your card details and make payment;

– If it is successful, you will see the following options

– Year of Exam and JAMB Registration Number; – When you have entered this data, you will see new options for Preferred course/Institution;

– After submitting all the changes, JAMB change of course form will close;

– If your changes are approved, they will update quickly.

Cost of JAMB Change Of Course/ Institution Form
Go to commercial banks or JAMB Offices to get the change of course/institution scratch card which goes for N2,500 (two thousand five hundred naira only)

The Change of Course/Institution is 2500 For the Card and 500 For service and printing charge.

i suspect you're building your bot in a transactional model; if true, then you may run into lotta problems in the long run. I suggest you give more thorough training, use google to get list of possible customer care questions. Then try to use a conversational model for your bot as a basic requirement; if you play your cards right, you may get picked by you-know-who.
