Dagrin's Biography

Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun,[1] also known as Dagrin (21 October 1987 – 22 April 2010), was an award winning Nigerian rapper from Ogun, Nigeria.[2] A film of his life entitled Ghetto Dreamz was released in April 2011.

Dagrin's home was in Meiran, Alagbado, Lagos. His style of rapping incorporated Yoruba, English and Pidgin English. In 2010 he was nominated for the Nigerian Entertainment Awards for Best Album (C.E.O.), Hottest Single "Kondo", Best Rap Act and Best Collaboration with vocals.[3] His album C.E.O. (Chief executive Omota English: Chief Executive Gangster) won the Hip hop World Award 2010 for best rap album.[4] From it came the singles "Pon Pon Pon", and "Kondo". Dagrin worked with other Nigerian artists such as Y.Q, 9ice, M.I, Iceberg Slim, Bigiano and Konga. He associated with music producers like Sossick, Dr Frabz, Sheyman, and Frenzy.

He died at the age of 22 on 22 April 2010 after a vehicle accident in Lagos, Nigeria.

Dagrin's single "Pon Pon Pon" has some cultural significance, it talks about the life style in Lagos, Agege,Ifewara Mushin, Ikeja, Surulere, Isale Eko, and many other parts of south western Nigeria where life in the slums mixes up with life in the affluent cities and parts of Lagos Nigeria. His songs touch upon ethnicity, pride, while surviving the streets of Lagos and a hint of criticism elderly people hurls against bad behaviour.

The music video proudly displays young people in their twenties and early thirties proudly displaying their tribal marks in retrospect of the old Yoruba empire of Ile-Ife.

ComputersHuawei E303 Modem And All Stubborn Modem Unlock Difficulties Solved! by Youngzedd(op): 11:59pm On Apr 03, 2013
It has been a difficult task for we Huawei E303 users to unlock our modems since it was launched but I unlocked mine today.

I have stopped this kind of stuff for a long time but due to the high demand of the solution by the users when I visited Computer section of this forum.
I decided to work towards unlocking it and typing this tutorial to help thousands of Naija niggaz out there surfing the net.

The only software that can unlock Huawei E303 for now is DC UNLOCKER.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) Dc-unlocker software.

2) Dc-unlocker username and password loaded it credits.

3) Internet Connection (Cyber cafe).

4) Stubborn modem you want to unlock.

PROCEDURES:

Step 1) Download latest version of Dc unlocker from the download store of their website www.dc-unlocker.com

Step 2) Purchase Dc-unlocker credit from the site >> www.dc-unlocker.com/buy OR from their Dealers >> www.dc-unlocker.com/dealers

Step 3) Insert and install you modem software on your computer.

Step 4) Insert another Network provider sim on the modem, when it popup request for unlock code click "Cancel" and close the modem interface.

Step 5) Now open the Dc-unlocker software you downloaded and click on "Automatic detect" button, wait for some seconds it will show your device details.

After that click on server insert the username and password with credit you bought from Dc-unlocker site or dealers, you may click on "Check Login) to know the amount of credit on the account and to know if the username and password is valid.

Now click on "Unlocking" > Do the job.

It will connect online and unlock your modem within a minute. 4 credits was removed from my account remaining 6 credits after the unlock.

Step 6) Remove your modem and insert it again and shout I MADE YIT!

TUTORIAL COMPLETED

Additional Idea For Students (MAKE MONEY).

As you all know Huawei E303 is the latest modem from MTN and I personally went to Main Market Onitsha today because of this and am willing to pay even 1,500 for it, but to my greatest surprise all the so called Gurus they have there can't unlocker the modem to the extend that the no 1 device unlock in Jerry O plaza and Emeka Offer plaza was unable to unlock it (too sad).

Now you have learnt how I unlocked mine today, buy credits from the dealers, rush into the market and showcase what I wrote above and pocket your money.

You can charge as much as N2,000 per modem unlocked.

Remember the secret of creativity is knowing how to hide your source.

RomanceRe: What Are The Reasons For High Level Of 30 Years+ Single Ladies In Nigeria? by Youngzedd(m): 9:06am On Mar 02, 2013
Double post.
RomanceRe: What Are The Reasons For High Level Of 30 Years+ Single Ladies In Nigeria? by Youngzedd(m):
They are the solution to their problems.
Let them be realistic for once.

√Materialism: This is one of the major cause, ladies are after material things, turning who ever comes their way a source of income, no reasonable man will marry such b1tch.

√Unemployment: This also contribute the increase of unmarried ladies, some ladies are too lazy to find some thing reasonable doing instead they cross their legs looking for one man to marry them and which they knew that no man want to marry an idle lady. They forget to get a career first before jumping into marriage. Marriage should NEVER be a priority.

√Date rate of men: Another thing that may bring such situation is those dudes being killed or jailed due to the offense they comitted, by so doing increasing the number of unmarried ladies.

√Christianity: Christianity made us to understand that a man needs one wife only this also contribute because those that would have been married are now single. Remember during the time of our fore fathers, they married many wives but now the case isn't the same.

√Honest: Some ladies aren't honest at all, some don't even have upto 10% if measured in percentage, which is very bad. Too many lies are been told over the cell phone, which I personally hate most.

To men;

Many guys out there aren't trying at all, you have to be someone in life before talking about marriage, don't just marry because others are doing so.
Find something meaningful doing that can atleast put sufficient food on the table.
Work harder if possible, no lady want to marry a poor dude and that is right, I won't advice my sister to marry a poor dude because I know her worth because she has got a career.

God bless us all.
Politics3rd Phase Amnesty: Ex-militants Threaten To Make N/delta Ungovernable by Youngzedd(op): 8:27am On Mar 02, 2013
By Festus Ahon MIFFED by perceived abnormalities in the management of the phase three of the amnesty programme, Niger Delta Ex-militant leaders in the phase three have threatened to make the oil rich region ungovernable if they were not given the same treatment as their colleagues in phases one and two of the programme.

Reacting to the alleged mismanagement of the programme on behalf of members of the Phase three of the programme, an ex-militant leader, Mr.Emmanuel Johnson,
alleged that members of the phase three of the programme were being marginalized by the
Special Assistant to the President on Amnesty Programme, Mr.Kingsley Kuku.
Saying that Kuku was not being fair to those of them in the third
Phase since they were disarmed, he alleged; “two slots each were
being given to fake camp commanders and as such the fake commanders will in turn
pick anybody they like in the society, which did not occur in phase one and two of the
programme.”

Lamenting that the slots were being hijacked from those that were disarmed for peace to
reign in the Niger Delta region, he further alleged that they were also being short-changed by way of counting 20 guns for 2
slots of beneficiaries.

“Mr. Kuku is not being fair to those of us of the 3rd Phase since after we were disarmed.

We have been grossly marginalized because what is due us have not been given to us as the amnesty law permits.”

I must say that the amnesty programme is not working for the interest of the Phase 3
Niger Delta Ex-militants,” he said.

Johnson urged President Goodluck Jonathan to call Mr. Kingsley Kuku to order by prevailing on him to give the third phase the same slots as
Phases one and two of
the Amnesty Programme to avoid bloodshed in the Niger
Delta.

SportsRe: Ronaldinho Or Okocha: Who Is More Skillful? by Youngzedd(m): 4:40pm On Jan 28, 2013
reyes4eva: @ Babwilms,
Without any doubt, Ronaldinho is more skillful than Okocha in all departments.
Did u say Ronaldinho was not noticed as a youngster? Please go n watch Egypt '97(Under-17 world cup). He was the star of the Brazilian midfield dubbed "the mouth-watering quartet". He terrorised opposition's defence like hurricane and was rated among the rising stars of the tournament.

He had a sublime performance at Nigeria 99 as well and he was one of the few players in the Brazilian ranks u could tell was a star but wasn't really noticed because his team was not good enough. Henry had a shambolic performance at the 2002 world cup also but does that make him less-skillful? Please let us be very objective.

There r so many players Okocha cannot even measure up to in terms of skills and stealth let alone, compare him with Ronaldinho.
Is Okocha more skillful than Denilson? We all know Denilson is not a team player thus his career had a sudden death but his skills and stealth with the ball is incomparable.

Ronaldinho is a living legend and the way he bounced John Terry down at Nou Camp still amazes me. I don't think the Jay-Jay i know could have gotten away with that because Terry is a monster in defence.

Back to Africa,
Abedi Pele is an attacking midfielder and not a striker.
He is famous for his sublime dribbling skills as well as a talent for scoring spectacular and often very important goals.
Can u remember his goal against Nigeria @ Senegal 92? No human being in Africa can repeat the same technique and natural ability.
His performance in the 1992 African Cup of Nations is often cited as one of the most outstanding soccer displays by any player in a single African tournament.
Has Okocha ever dominated any tournament like that? Abedi Pele virtually dragged Ghana to the finals and it was reminiscent of Diego Maradona's dominance of the 86 world cup.

Abedi Pele won African Footballer of the year in 3 successive years and was the man of the match at that historic Champions league final against AC Milan in 1993. He scored 33 goals in 67 appearances for Ghana. What more can u ask for?

I am very sure some school of thoughts will even say Okocha's skills cannot be compared to Segun Odegbami.
Though, they don't play the same position but Odegbami was an assassin in his days. I saw some of his dribbling skills and i was impressed.
Okocha is a very skillful player but don't compare him with Ronaldinho or else i will compare Phillip Osundu to Romario.
You said it all, I one I never forget is what he did to Eboue, Champions league final 2006, Eboue will never forget that in his life. People are funny atimes, comparing master Dinho with African best player Okocha never win.
Ask ACMilan for full details, they will tell you more what my master did to them in a minute to go. Gattuso will never forget.

@Greatpeter. Okocha is also the only player in his own world, Dinho will always be a follower of Jay Jay. I beg tell me did anybody noticed dinho when he palyed in the tournament held in Nigeria in 1999? think it was the under 21 tournament, whereas ever since okocha came out he has been know worlwide even till today. Dinho started getting recognition 4 years ago and you want to be comparing him with Uncle Jay Jay in terms of skills. When Dinho ever invent a new skill in a match? if he ever does then we can start the comparism.

He lost to Mustapaha Hadji in the year 2000. 2004 and 2005 to Eto.

So what is the thing about the award. Okocha has been the best to have ever come out of Africa.
Just look at the award your comparing to that of 2 times world best player. This is an insult to my master Dinho.

No mind them, all they have to do is go to the market buy the best of Okocha and the best of Ronaldinho, there you will no who the master is.

When Dinho is inside the pitch all players will be shinning like Samuel Eto'o.

Dinho is the master, there is none to compare with him.

When ever he is inside the pitch the word "hope" will fill every corner of the stadium, look at the faces of the people and you will see joy.
