What does the website say? That is the most authentic information you can get. Yahwehgbemi: Good day house. I would like to know if it is true that all intending MPNP applicants MUST have a tie (close relative, friend or education) in Manitoba before their application could be considered.
Thanks |

It all makes sense to me now. I was wondering how concealment was misrepresentation. So its about the claim for FULL TIME. Estac: True. Also when you consider that the work experience is supposed to be FULL TIME not part time. How do you hold a bank job and still work full time on your personal business. That is the biggest misrepresentation i see in the story. The fact that he claimed points for full time work when in fact, he could only have worked part-time. |

I am worried though of them wondering about the gap between my year of graduation and when i started working Any advice? |

This is weird. Newmum0615: So, I heard the most bizarre post-PPR rejection story this week.
Someone who works in a bank applied for himself and family and instead of using his bank job as work experience, he stated that he was self-employed and proceeded to apply with docs to show that he is a self-employed consultant or something like that. Everything was moving smoothly, he got PPR and then the worst happened when his and dependent's passports was returned by VFS without COPR or visa. Next, he got a notice of rejection. Apparently, they found out about his bank job and that he lied about the fact that he was still employed by the bank. Reason he gave for not using his bank job to claim points was that he didn't want to ask his HR for letter. He actually has a side hustle that pays but he wanted to use that rather than use his job to claim points.
So guys, for some of us who are always reluctant to ask for reference letters because of the preconceived notion that our employers might either not agree to sign or become hostile once they learn of our plans, please be warned. There is no harm in trying. Always play on the side of caution. I can't even begin to imagine if this guy has gone ahead to announce PPR to friends and family or even bought flight tickets etc.
Stay woke guys. Stay woke. |

Your friend no get choice. bronze25: Good morning, please I have a question. Am asking on behalf of a friend. She did biometrics last year when she applied for visiting visa, the date is currently showing on her account. Now she has been invited for another biometrics after she passed medicals.
Should she go ahead with the biometrics or contact IRCC?
Thanks |

ECA providers have started showing themselves. I even forsee making us land with complete POF. Tojued: I think it says a lot about our tenacity and character that we're among the top three. I foresee more restrictions in future that will make the process more difficult eg no more gift deed, more stringent requirements from eca providers, etc. |

I get it now. I trust Asians and Indians. I know about the special immigration for Indians. Even for student visa, there is a faster path for China and Indians. Tojued: Adaptability scores for having family in Canada. FSW 5 EE 15 PNP - Manitoba for instance even a friend will count talk less of close family. Sponsor for college education, after which you can do EE LMIA... Family who owns a business and employs you Then I think India even has a special migration agreement with canada not sure if this though but I feel like they have some special pathways outside of what's available to us. List goes on and on a good number of people who do EE don't need 8777 in ielts. |

I have no idea. I'll have to research on that. stonecoldcafe: I only accessed my masters using Wes but I've always had it in mind to someday (before travelling) access my degree for employment reasons/quest to further my education in Canada.
Unfortunately I can't deal with the current WES WAEC wahala so I'm thinking of going with iqas. Question-would I be able to use iqas evaluation for further studies in Canada?
I read somewhere its only WES that does course by course evaluation. @glitteringstar, ysteh, newmum0615 and all. Any idea? Please help clarify.
PS: Degree na Bachelor of Laws (LLB) |
