I understand/know the consequences of overstaying Visa status. Thanks Yes its possible if the need arises. But most times they wont if you don't guve reasons to. But WaM what exactly are you coming to do in America. I hope you don't want to leave in fear of immigration looking out for you when eventually overstayed your visa status. Beware.[/quote] |
Nice one baba. It's seem you really have idea how they run the Canadan and Australian PR stuff? I have few questions which I felt it could be of help to me and others. What are the chances for single guy(33) working with 6years experience on the same job study in school and POF for both countries. Like I heard about Australia, there is a good prospects for immigrant? I also felt we should make the thread interactive by picking countries with good prospects for immigrant and do some analysis about the country with the best path and financial implications. Thank you OY vulpeslopez: |
Hi, chief, Very interesting one there. Have gone through the website you stated and I have few questions to confirm from you. 1. Thanks for the swift response. I'm presently in process of appearing for interview but I still need some clarifications regards to other expenses(hotels, feeding and miscellaneous expenses). The agent that did my applications for me, booked an hotel which am not comfortable with and someone said hotel might be contacted for confirmation at the POE. Is there truth in that regards at the @POE? kunle75: |
@lordally Greetings baba. Abeg I sent you PM |
@Blowjobs @scroboscopy Congratulations to you guys @lionlee216 ope loma jasi (it's will all end in praise) with faith brother. Wish you guys all the best. |
Baba forget all this your analysis, come back home and see the real hardship going on here. I have close to a million(for relocating purpose) and you said am comfortable with what I have? and my salary is nothing to write about meanwhile I occupied a face n slap you apartment at the age of 34 and single not because am not hard working from the beginning of my adulthood (abi somebody wey wake 5am n get home 10pm never work hard) but the fuckry politicians don't care about anyone except their relatives. So Baba don't compare both countries in terms of good prospects. timesup234: |

A year after Humphrey Jefferson Ejike Eleweke, a Nigerian, was executed for drug trafficking, the Indonesian Ombudsman has admitted that there was “maladministration” in the execution. According to Jakatar Post, Ninik Rahayu, Ombudsman Commissioner, told a press briefing on Friday that there had been “negligence and discrimination practised by the Attorney-General’s Office and the Supreme Court” in relation to Eleweke, who was executed in Central Java on July 29, 206, for drug crimes. This corroborates Eleweke’s claim, before his execution alongside three others, that they were marked for death because they “are black people”. “The Indonesian government just hate us, they want to kill us because we are black,” Eleweke had said. Ninik said the execution of Eleweke did not comply with regulations. The execution took place while the convict was seeking clemency, she said. Indonesia’s 2002 law on clemency stipulates that the execution of those seeking clemency cannot be carried out before the issuance of a presidential decree in relation to the appeal. Another sign of maladministration, Ninik said, was that the Supreme Court was guilty of discrimination by rejecting a case review appeal filed by Eleweke without “a proper explanation”. Eleweke was one of four drug convicts executed on July 29 last year, along with countryman Michael Titus Igweh, Indonesian Freddy Budiman and Senegalese Seck Osmane. Attorney-General Muhammad Prasetyo said earlier this year that the government was mulling over carrying out a fourth batch of executions under the administration of President Joko Widodo. Widodo refused to grant clemency to Eleweke and others despite appeals from the international community. https://icirnigeria.org/indonesia-admits-error-in-2016-execution-of-nigerian-drug-convict/ |
India’s Bharti Airtel is looking to merge its Nigerian arm with 9mobile, which has just rebranded from Etisalat Nigeria following takeover as a result of financial problems, a source close to the telecom company has said. France’s Orange mobile and United Kingdom’s Vodafone had earlier emerged as potential bidders for the Nigerian fourth mobile network. The two companies were said to be in “strong running” to buy 65 per cent of the telco. Reports have said “no fewer than five” companies had expressed interest in Etisalat Nigeria, although only the two international telco giants - Orange and Vodafone - have shown “concrete interest”. The Economic Times of India had reported that Bharti was looking to boost its assets in Nigeria, and this may explain its interest in 9mobile. Presently, Nigeria is Bharti’s largest African market, where it generates around 30% of its revenues. “The collapse of Etisalat Nigeria - and the withdrawal of Etisalat itself - is seen as a potential opportunity for consolidation (by Bharti),” the Economic Times of India claims in one of its reports. The Bharti Airtel chairman, Sunil Mittal, had previously spoken of the potential for mergers in some of its African assets as part of a rationalisation plan, according to reports. Despite being a major market, Bharti’s unit has not broken into the top two operators in Nigeria since it bought Zain Group’s sub-Saharan Africa assets. Analysts said acquiring 9mobile could see Airtel Nigeria overtake Globacom, and give it the power to compete with market leader MTN. Vodafone lost the opportunity to operate in Nigeria during the early days of GSM as the company turned down request by the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) to buy the then ailing NITEL.
