Does GEJ have opinions of his own and he was too loose not to stand,as Mrs Dezani becomes the dictate, yet stealing uncontrollably like the Umaru Dikko, under Shehu Shagari- Era! Stop blaming others for your weaknesses! I guess you're still not beating the myopic-tag |

You guys called PDP evil party and shouted GEJ must go when diesel was 250.
But you're here celebrating N1000 and you call yourselves patriotic NIGERIANs? Lmao If there's one thing I like about Bubu's administration and the APC charade was that it actually gave people sense. People were able to identify dumb from dumber. Showed how myopic most Nigerians were under GEJ without disparaging some lapses. Sudden Economist everywhere 🤣🤣 |

aremso: On FOXO I knew it will go down since it go down since is yet to brake resistance of 0.45 and most likely it will gap down to previous support of 0.25 which it did yesterday and started moving up again. At 0.25+ it was loosing 10% but closed at 5.93% so it will move if their management released press statement or even their q4 2023 it will move for KTRA since it has already done 120% gap up when the news of merger came so they will surely Short it until they are tired by q3 when they finalize their merger it will move. For those that took CGC with me last year it delivered over 180% when it moved from 0.38 to 1.07% was even out before they did their RS. For tilray if they don't produce results that is close to their OS that stock goin no we have left it since. I prefer health sector from day one because no matter what they will have one catalyst or the other that will push them. Clinical trials, FDA approval, Cancer drug success(this can give 2000% gain) Merger or outright sale. So health sector have catalyst that will always push them. FOXO is under health sector and wants to use AI in their operations so is a sleeping giant Definitely watching the charts. As for medical stocks- a goldmine. It's just the gestation period that can be tiring sometimes. On $CGC, have you been able to make some sense on this new structure its establishing? Best to see it play out to next earnings. What do you think? |

At a time like this quality of our stocks matter. It is very unfortunate that we will see more people being washed out of the market. So expect some people to become quiet, some people that you see that have made comments may not be able to make comment aga, due to dicipation of their trading capital Everybody has their strategy. I don't expect people to be holding on to $CGC with the poor result associated to $TILRAY it was bound to get dragged. On bitcoin, halving was in motion so you can't be tapping it but looking after post halving. On $Foxo already down, but will be adding to it with my loose cash bit by bit(a long term hold). Economic data(Inflation cum expected rate hike) will only do what it does best. Patience and caution! Know your risk tolerance PS: You don't need to rub it on any body's face. |

I don't really know what I'm talking about, so don't take me too seriously. Of course, more reason I said they(int'l banks)are yet to boast of a substantial PO or Private Investment. ositadima1: "Increase authorized share capital: The company proposes to increase its authorized share capital from ₦14.7 billion to ₦22.2 billion by creating 15 billion new ordinary shares."
Effectively, the OS moved from 29 billion to 44 billion. Remember that the fantastic profit after tax (PAT) recorded in 2023 resulted in earnings per share (EPS) of 18, up from 5.95 in 2022, but this may not be sustainable. Assuming GTCO maintains the same PAT, the EPS would drop from 18 to 12, which I think would have a significant effect on current shareholders.
This is not conclusive, I am just thinking aloud o. Long-termers will elucidate further. As for me and my house, we are at peace. |

aremso: Take note of this stock:
KTRA, they are margin with another company, the price is low at this current level in my own view. I mentioned FREQ here when they wanted to merge with korro and after the merger and RS, post merger and RS price was $14+ the stock moved from 14$ to $34 I pulled out at 34$ from 34 it gradually moved to 98$ if I had known I would have not sold. Same will likely repeat it self on KTRA
For those who wants to confirm post FREQ merger ticker name, is KORRO Bio

ositadima1: I appreciate your optimism, but life is not all tulips and roses. The manner in which the CBN is proceeding will dilute the current shareholders' funds. So, my question is, as the current shareholders, should we sell, wait for a dip before re-entering, or hold and hope for tulips and roses? Good to see you're now a poet . Quite refreshing reading something less technical . We all believe the call from CBN is to bolster the ranks and file of the banking sector even if were left with 2 banks in each category. Let everybody put their money where there mouth is. I would be waiting for the directors to take the lead anyway. When you say "dilute current shareholders' fund", how? |

A dividend reinvestment plan has to be on the cards for directors of banks. Example 30bn can find its way back to Access from its proposed 60bn dividend, while they search for the remaining with their RI. I think post FUGAZ-dividend bear might be put on hold for this year oo. Let them come and drive this index to the sky |

emmanuelewumi: What is our GDP growth?
A growth of 20% from any business for 5 consecutive years is awesome.
100% is asking for too much I believe close to 100% consecutively over the next 5 years is PLAUSIBLE. Why I say this is predominantly due to the expected power-sector growth in 5years(very untapped and underutilised) if conditions remain favorable. Now, if other sector within the Transcorp arm sees life, that'll be bonus points. Goodmorning all!! **And looking at the level of consolidation of the shareholder structure . I just hope Transcorp sees single digit that's my only worry. |

BabsO2: That will be okay (but on high side). In view of the fact that they still have a lot of subsidiaries yearning for cash injection to unleash growth.
Transcorp should be seen as a growth stock and not a cash cow dividend stock.
I use these thoughts to balance my expectations on dividends from Transcorp. Interesting point you raised. Let us see what they'll settle for. |
