Uzland:

My dear, HCPC registration is something you do with all carefulness to observe all the numerous rules, cos mistake of any kind would lead to months of delays in processing.
Having said that, bachelor's or master's or PhD - it doesn't affect your registration status. Whichever you choose to use, provided it is the relevant university degree course for the profession you're registering for, is good.
Having more years of experience is always something great. However, for HCPC registration, there are no special levels or statuses; so a minimum of one year's relevant professional experience is all that's required to be licensed.
I hope you're also aware that documents can now be uploaded online instead of paper submission via courier.cheesy Now, I know you're elated!wink Just go to the first post on this thread, towards the end of it, you'll find the official HCPC link I provided there sometime ago.

For any endeavour in life, it's always safer to take the time to research and read up all latest information regarding that, from the official website or source, before even starting the process, cos information is dynamic.cheesy
thank you so much. You are the best.

Ho Uzland, i just found out through YouTube video that you were right on no IELTS for Hcpc if you have the English proficiency letter.

Question
I read that it has to be original. Thus that mean I should get the handwritten version.

2) at the moment, i am not working. Can i still go ahead with the HCPC registration?

Hello Zeb04, I hope you're aware that you mustn't use IELTS report for HCPC registration.
If you schooled in an Anglophone country, such as Nigeria, and your university degree was taught in English, and you speak it fluently, you can get an English Proficiency Letter/Medium of Instruction (signed & stamped) from your university's admin office or from your dept and use it for your HCPC registration. Cheers.cheesy

Wawu. You sure of this? because God knows I am tired of writing this exam.

As regards my MSc, it was from the university of Valencia Spain. I don't know if i can use an English proficiency letter for it, seeing Spain is not an English speaking country however, I was taught in English.

Is it possible to use only Bachelors for HCPC registration? plus i have over 5 years work experience with international training. I dont know if that counts

Thank you.

You don't want to go through with your NARIC Application?

Ok I am not a wife but a husband. Nothing under the sun stays hidden, sooner or later it will be obvious. But while you are not sure, don't stress yourself, worrying about anything hasn't ever solved anything, rather it robs you of the peace of the present.
If you do this, if your suspicion turns out to be true you can take the appropriate decision then with proof, if not you've saved your fragile relationship the stress of unfounded allegations

Thank you.

I don’t understand why you’re giving yourself hypertension over something you have no proof of. Even if you’re suspecting something, just leave it, the truth will always come out.

You guys decided to reconcile, try to make your marriage work and ignore all distractions. This girl should be irrelevant and insignificant in your life, yet you are having dreams about her and probably comparing yourself to her daily. Do you think this lady gives a Damn about you? Sit up and focus on the things that are important in your life.. from there you will find peace.
thank you I appreciate your feedback.

Okay, then let me ask specifically about Abuja and tell you what my boyfriend has told me. He has stated that the city itself is safe. We would stay in one of the hotels where most foreigners and visitors would stay. He would always be by my side, and he would even ask his sister's family to come meet me. We wouldn't go to any sketchy locations. He will not have me in any areas where mosquitoes swarm for fear I'd get malaria. He is even hesitant to let me ride a tuk tuk because they are not the safest mode of transportation. He is already considering what food I eat too. He won't let me drink bagged water, but instead bottled water, such as from Nestle. I know he would be very diligent, and I too would be very cautious of my actions and how I presented myself.

you have made up your mind to come so why are you asking all this questions?

If you were my child or friend, I wouldn’t advise you to come.

If I were your boyfriend, I will suggest we meet(like a little vacation in another African country). Nigeria is not safe even for locals….. for a foreigner, you will be spotted instantly. A thousand and one person here has tried to tell you but you wouldn’t listen.

It is your life anyway.

Congratulations. I remember you. The Embryologist yes? but you had a 25k job last year. did you turn it down?

The statement in bold isnt very clear. You are female (mother). You have a child. and you said its a family of 3 . does that mean you, your husband (or civil partner) and your child? Now you said "when my family moves in with him" thats a bit confusing.

You said "but i will be coming alone first" that is usually the best thing. You come alone, test the waters and settle down wella....
By the waym, how old is your child?
If you are buoyant enough, and the child is school age, you could enroll them in Breakfast club (some schools start at 7:00 am - or earlier).

Thank you for replying me. It is the same job but they didn’t go ahead to officially give me an offer letter. However this year, actually this night i got the job offer with 28k salary.

I am am married so me, my husband and my daughter(3+ years old. She will be 4 by December)

My husband and child will remain in Nigeria until i sort myself out as regards accommodation, school for my daughter and the rest. So within 3 months they should be joining me.

Breakfast school?…… got it. I will check that out.

Guys I finally got a job in the Uk after trying for 2 years from Nigeria . To God be the glory.

My office is in Wilmsow Cheshire Manchester. Unfortunately, resumption time is 7:30am-5pm.

We are a family of 3 but i will be coming alone first.

I wonder how, i would juggle it out with my child and school and still resume work by 7:30am when my family moves in with him.

I have asked this question before but i am looking for a place close to wilmslow that is affordable in terms of rent and schools for kids. Please suggest the closest towns i can live in.

Thank you, May God bless you all.

I have an Msc in biotechnology and I have been working in the healthcare sector here in Nigeria for 5 years.

I am looking to switch to data science. (I already got an admission to study data science in plymouth).

Are there jobs for data scientist in the uk.

There is absolutely nothing wrong in starting afresh. But you sound very desperate about getting an African wife.

My advice is apologize tp your wife for all the time you may have messed up and tell her you want a divorce ( there is nothing wrong in getting a divorce ) however don’t be so desperate about jumping into the bosom of another woman.

Take your time, learn from your mistakes. Go to therapy ( after all you spent 23 years in a bad marriage. You need to unlearn somethings) find a hobby , have more time with your kids. Hopefully by doing all this you meet someone along the way. @Genbuhari
