I experience same problem with my marriage of 8 yrs with four kids. A lot happen to a woman's body after childbirth, breast feeding... Low libido can be cause of stress , not having time for herself and lots of work load. U can also try discuss this with her. Gorontula seed can help increase libido and vaginal wetness
does it really work? I wanted to buy sometime ago but I changed my mind.
Have uou used it?

Family / Re: I Am Being Unreasonable With My Wife??? by zeb04(f): 11:55am On Jan 07, 2022
You are being unreasonable jesus!!

Is it not in the same nairaland we always tell women not to separate the children from their father?

Don’t you think that child has a right to know her father?

You have to be the bigger person. That child should have a relationship with her ideal dad it is left for the child to form opinions about her biological father.

The child even said she has two fathers now(meaning she still considers you a father however God has given her 2)

You knew your wife had children for another man before marrying her and so do you. Would you want someone to deprive from the child you had outside wedlock?

You can decide to schedule a time table with your wife that would work out best for this situation.
You can even say you don’t want your wife going to see him( meaning the biological dad can come and pick up his child, go for his play date or whatever and bring the child back)

You should never deprive that child from having a relationship with her dad because of your feelings. You are the adult here.

That said,

You are being unreasonable with your wife. She is trying to be transparent with you and you are pushing her away. How is that going yo solve anything?

This is the hand life has dealt you. You have to make the best out of it.

Ps. Go to court so everything can be official.

Goodluck.

If I am not a woman wrapper, what do i gain? You have to learn how to really position yourself to happiness. Sadness can visit anybody without inviting it, but happiness is always intentional
I envy you because you have such trust for your partner.

Can you tell me how you developed that. I am having a hard time trusting mine even though I haven’t found any reason not too.

Let me also share my own testimony to encourage someone here.

Last year, i wanted to do my masters. I completed my bachelors degree since 2013 and I felt it was time to upgrade academically.
I also needed it for my express entry. I wrote IELTS, asked my school to send my transcript to me, and then I started begging uncles, anybody to pls contribute no matter how small.

I dont have the money for a masters program, all my years of working in the hospital cannot even pay one third of my masters fee. I was so frustrated. How will I relocate out of this country or get a good paying job if i cannot even do masters.

I tried to use agent to get job abroad, they all scammed me.

By this time, i am already so tired, so frustrated. One day around November, I remember vividly I didn’t go to work, i was sleeping. Then i had my phone ping. Reluctantly I checked, and it was a mail from an organization. They said they wanted to pay masters for selected embryologist in Nigeria who cannot afford it.

In my mind, i said rubbish another scam. I even told them I will think about it.

Well reluctantly, i sent my documents. After 2 weeks i got admission from a university in Valencia spain , fully scholarship. To God be the glory i will be rounding up next February.

Please trust God, he said i know the plans i have for you, plans of good and not of evil. To give you an expected end.

Really, What God cannot do does not exist.

I have a link for care home jobs, if you are interested drop your email. Personally, I would prefer to relocate via NHS job so I'm still applying and hoping for a positive response soon. I've gotten interview invites from care homes but I didn't reply their messages. I'm 100% down for NHS jobs even if it takes more time to get an offer unlike home care jobs.

NB; a major requirement for this care home link is covid vaccination certificate, ensure you have one pls.

Hello, sorry I was not keeping an eye on this thread. PhD funding in Australia is more generous and they won't overuse you as a PhD student. In the US (and Canada too), you would have to complete a Masters degree which include completing coursework as part of your PhD program. In Australia, you get to do full-time hardcore research, no coursework, no Masters degree, no bullsh**t. This was really appealing to me as I had already completed a MSc before commencing my PhD.

In my opinion, I also think that the quality of life as PhD student in Australia is better than that of US/Canada. You can still have a life and even do causal/PT jobs to make additional money. This is related to how US/Canadian Universities make their PhD students work really hard for the penny the University awarded to them. I interact with PhD students here in my lab in the US and I am really glad I did complete my PhD here. Based on my familiarity with the academic environment in Canada and on my conversation with some PhD students over there, I do think that life as a PhD student in Canada is a lot better. You also have better chances at becoming a permanent resident post-PhD in Australia (Canada too) than the US. Those are the few ones I can think of right now. So my ranking would be Australia, Canada, and Ireland.

Haha, interestingly I did not see any of those weird animals/insects since I lived in a city, except Kangaroos though. They are cool, hehe. I finished my program in ~4years and it was in Neuroscience.

Hi future don, I hope you see the message.
I finally settled for a PhD in Public health with a focus in sexual and reproductive health at the university of Canterbury New Zealand.

I chose this because I have worked with women in infertility for 5 years now, and my Msc in in something similar.

I wanted my research to focus on African women however, I need advice. do you think this is a wrong move since I want to settle in new Zealand after my studies.

Also, do you think this will affect my job search after study? Should my research be about new Zealand?

Can i also contact you personally?

Hi guys,
I just rounded up my masters in Biotechnology of Human Reproduction with a distinction, and still no job.

Going for a PhD is my next jakpa plan seeing i do not have any money to fund my schooling and most PhD's are fully funded . Although, i do not have any knowledge in IT, but i know there is a possibility of fusing the two together. Right now, IT is the new oil.

Are there any IT courses i can do that wouldn't be so hard for a newbie?

And if you have done a PhD, where did you do yours and why did you enjoy it that much.

Please share your experiences.

Working off shore is not an excuse

Men find every excuse in the world to not be responsible to their kids.

My dad use to work offshore. Sometimes 2 weeks, sometimes 1 month.

Let me tell you, we all happily prepare for his coming like the resurrection because that is when the ogbonge enjoyment begins.

When my dad comes, my mother goes on a break. That is when you will see five children all eating in the same plate with my dad.

Every evening we must stroll, all the stories we wanted to tell him, we write it in a jotter and wait for my dad’s return.

When I started working my dad will buy yahooza meat(for those in abuja) and come. and gist with me on my lunch break. We spent the time insulting my boss lol.

Oh lord, i just remember how we use to buy fried yam and akara every evening and drive around abuja just gisting about life.

For someone who was an orphan, My father is a family man through and through.

Uptill today, even though i am married my dad still tries to bribe me to come home so he can take me out on valentine’s day like he does back then.

My dad is still alive, i call him every time I always ask, have you eaten do you need anything, is everything okay?

Working offshore for a period of time is never an excuse, i think some men don’t have it in them because of how they were raise and some dont even want to learn.

It is not emotional blackmail when people say uou will reap what you sow. It is just the way it is.

I love my mum. But i am a daddy’s girl.

No.....she had miscarriage twice
It was two year into marriage I got to know she had an abortion while in school.

She has a weak womb according to test results.

I am just reading your story here and i sincerely feel bad for everything you have gone through. However i wan to educate you so you dont say it in public

Cervical incompetence (what you call weak womb is not as a result of abortion) it is a medical problem. it happens when the cervical tissue is weak and cannot hold pregnancy. It happens to a lot of women leading to miscarriage.

Normally the cervix is closed before pregnancy. during pregnancy, it starts to open slowly. If the cervix is incompetent , it opens fasters than usual and the woman looses the pregnancy.

Doctors will perform what is called a cervical cerclage. Just a single stitch to keep it together. it is a very simple procedure, you go home the same day.

Since I do not know your ex wife, pls help me tell her about this so she can be better prepared for her next marriage and pregnancy.

All the best to you both in your decisions.

I have already evaluated my Bsc on wes prior to doing a masters. Do i still need to wait for my masters transcript or will the certificate(Msc) be enough?

I am asking this because i might be able to get my certificate by January.

I am more concern on the first question.

Congrats on bagging those juicy offers. I agree with bellong. I did my PhD in Australia and also familiar with the North American system as I currently work as an Academic in the US. I would do a PhD in Australia over and over again.

BTW, if anyone is considering the Australia Global Talent/Distinguished Visa and needs some guidance, please feel free to post your question here and I will be happy to reply. Please do your own research before posting questions to me. Please do not DM me unless it is super private.

HI Futuredon,

I am considering going for my PhD in either Canada or Australia and to be fair Ireland too( however i heard funding is peanut).
My only worry with Australia is the distance and the wildlife stuff(spiders, snakes and kangaroo)

Why would you prefer to do a PhD in Australia over any country? how many years was your PhD for and what was it in?

I had an interview almost 2 weeks ago, and I am yet to get a response.
I also interviewed for a position. Actually, I did three stages of interview and it is 2weeks post interview still no response. I think some organizations are really slow.
