I faced similar challenge on Sunday when I tried doing mine. It's most likely because you haven't completely updated your documents. If you are using a phone I will suggest you set your chrome to desktop view and then upload all necessary documents. After that try writing the test again.

I've uploaded my documents correctly.
Let me change to desktop view and see

Click on send link and get the success message for about five times. Check your email, link was sent and I was able to reset password.
I've haven't taken the test since yesterday. It's not logging in. I don't know what the issue is

same thing happened to me..this is the process I used and I hope it works for u...click on forget password and click repeatedly on send link to email for five times and check ur mailbox after then.. ur new link should be there...

I've updated my profile, yet to take the test.

Please, someone should come to my aid. I was able to login yesterday after much trial. I validated my BVN only for someone else's profile to show up.
I logged out, since then logging in has become an issue, it keeps showing "please reset password".
I decided to click on the " forgot password" to enable me get a new password. But the mail sent to me is congratulations on successful change of password.
What's the way forward or I should forget it already.
I'm tired of having sleepless and fruitless nights.

The second dream was last night, a prince asked me out on a date and even sent me clothes to use for the date.
