klax: Why are you guys surprise this is no news as far as Ghana is concern in some months back I said it here that record shows Ghana has the highest bastards in Africa but some denounced it as if I'm just being critical of them not at all I have so many friends among them what I said was not an insult but the truth if you want to get this right just ask any Ghanian you see "Please where is your father or dad"huh then you will hear my mother told me.......................... you will never hear more than that. Its their style their mother always told them..............

Well I pity this guy because its very painful for a man to discover the kids he has be spending all his money, time and energy on are someone else kids its so dishearten indeed, let him just do what he think would make him move on rather than letting it weigh him down its so sad to be honest.
hahahahahaha.llloooooolLll
Guy u no well o. I just fell on the ground laffing at the "my mother told me.." part
But come to think of it,most men even in our country are fathering the wrong child. Women are exceptional at that trick.

I am a muslim Yoruba and i married an ibo girl, she is now a muslim (a very good muslim). Its simple: you marry the man you marry into the religion.

1. Grey anatomy: nice characters, nice and intriguing story line.

2. Glee: cool musical. Enjoyable

3. Persons of interest: helps to keep d blood pressure down as d good guys always win. Safe story line.

4. Arrow: tense

5. Commander in chief: beuriful

Lastly, I did enjoy a series titled 'single ladies'. I shldnt, but I did and dis was solely due to the 'trisha' character.

babyosisi: Bianca Ojukwu again
The object of Yoruba obsession,I hear you

On this forum alone how many stories of Yoruba actresses having babies out of wedlock have we read?
How many of a woman trying to pin a bobo to her pregnancy
How many of doubtful paternity
How many of children emerging in their tens after the death of a man
You don't have to search deep
That scares Igbos
I am not saying such things are unheard of in Igboland but the degree is incomparable and it is heavily frowned at in our culture
A child born out of wedlock in Igboland belongs to the woman's family
It is a huge shame to that family
That is why illegitimate belle is hidden
But Yorubas flaunt it and announce it and throw parties to celebrate the arrival of the baby sired by a married man and born out of wedlock
A married Yoruba woman will wear asho ebi to the naming ceremony of her husband's mistress's baby and the man's people will be there eating jollof rice and dancing owanbe
That is an alien culture to us
That is one of the reasons our people are fearful of our girls marrying Yoruba men
Marriage means something different between the two groups

In Yorubaland a mistress with a baby automatically elevates to the status of wifehood,na lie?
Not so in Igboland
A mistress is hidden and the man does all he can to make sure no baby arrives ,because he doesn't want to shame his family
That is a huge cultural difference and many of our women have married Yoruba men who ended up with babies all around town down the road because it is their culture.his dad and uncles and grandpa did it freely.
It is not our accepted tradition

Shebi una wan hear the whole truth why Igbos don't like to marry Yoruba
Sorry if it hurts but that is the gospel truth
Your family dynamics are very complicated to Igbos
Damn the hard truth. As a Lagos boy,I've seen a lot of friends with father & mother having different surnames, a lot of seperated parents scattered all over.

As a guy, I'll blame us more. why? we tend to chase girls alot, Naija guys over toast, we are easily predictable with the mode of toasting. Most guys should learn to ignore these girls more often & u'll see how they'll run after u. Naturally I hate petty talks, I hate girls snubbing me instead I snub them first, I give out my real phone & bb pin reluctantly. A girl puts up a pics, u hear guys say " Baby u're the prettiest", "u're too sexy", " Can I be be blessed to know u" and I'm like wtf? If all guys are like me ehn, naija girls go change within a week.

CrimeMan Kills Cousin After Rape by zeelo2014(op): 10:47am On Nov 11, 2013
Security operatives in Osun State have detained a 26-year-old man, Rafiu (surname withheld) for allegedly killing his 10 years old cousin, Tawa after he had allegedly raped her.
Rafiu, who confessed to have committed the offence, said the victim lured him into raping her when she paid a visit to him at his family residence at Ile-Ogbo in Ayedire Local Government Area of the state.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) for the state Police command, Mrs Folashade Odoro said the suspect, currently in police custody was arrested by a team of detectives from the State Criminal Investigations Department (SCID) led by an Assistant Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr Mohammed Jimoh.
In his confessional statement, the suspect was alleged to have admitted that the deceased was his relative, who visited him regularly at his residence, adding that the late Tawa was known to every member of his family.
The suspect added that: “Tawa met me at the passage of my house when she came to visit me on that fateful day. I asked her where she was going and she responded that somebody sent her some where but decided to check on me.”
“Tawa later dragged me into my room where she removed my trouser and both of us had sex on my bed. Then, she put my manhood into her private part and started shouting. Following this, I started asking her the reason for the alarm she was raising,” the suspect stated.
He added that “the alarm raised by Tawa was after two minutes of sexual intercourse between us. When she started shouting, I got hold of her neck and nose and pressed them till she died finally.”
He admitted that the late Tawa had not had any sexual intercourse with him prior to the one that led to her death in his hands.
The State Commissioner of Police, Mrs Dorothy Gimba has however, directed that the case be investigated and the suspect be arraigned in court.
