Politics / Stella Odua's BMW Was Initially Struck Out From The Budget by zeennurei(m): 5:55am On Oct 23, 2013
Budget presentation to the national assembly is a just a fun fair as it has just being revealed that the controversial BMW purchased by NCAA was initially struck out of the ministry's budget by the lower chamber but the minister still went ahead to purchased this vehicles, as I have always being saying that Nigeria has no template, what happened on this issue is an act of undermining the law of the land, so we Nigerians can see where our problems is, a budget is the pivot where development of a nation revolves so if derailed then such a nation is heading to the bimuda triangle as the case of Nigeria is now.
In an organized society(country) what happened here is a serious offense that will attract jail terms, in countries in the Asian block it will attract a capital punishment as they have zero tolerance for corruption. What a banana republic we are living in.

Investment / Re: How Do I Retrieve My Registered Company by zeennurei(m): 2:25pm On Sep 19, 2013
jehi: Send your email address, so I can guide you through the process.

But its not automatic, cause you would need to be appointed as a Director and all that. Hope your uncle remembers the numbers of directors upon incorporation. There would be filings to be done at CAC. Since your Uncle has not be operating the company, invariable he hasn't filed annual returns etc.

Well, my suggestion would be for you to register your own company or preferably (depending on what your business is into), register a business name.
I can be reached via jehiomo@yahoo.com for any further request.

Thank you so much jehi, i really appreciate your advice. will sent you a mail in regards to the subject.

tumababa: i av a friend dat used mansard. his car was snatched at gun point and mansard said he she wait 3 MONTHS before they settle him cos they are investigating or some excuse like dat. is dat d best soln from d best insurance company in Nigeria?

Theft cases in insurance normally takes 3 month before it settle, during the three month its allow the insurance company to make some invistigation together with police and at excatly three month the police will write their final report on the stolen item & ASAP they have written it the insurance company will convey you an offer.

The best insurance company in nigeria as per as am concern is FIN INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED a subsidiary of FCMB i am saying this base on real experience.

See lies. When will Nigerians understand that this administration is completely unsincere and are not ready to make growth and development succeed in our dear nation Nigeria. Lets join hands and stop the era of tyranny and impunity.
One of the major solution to the problems of a country like Nigeria that is standing on a diamond but busy pursuing not even bronze but its shadows is to vote for the people that are zeal to serve humanity, bacause service to humanity is the beginning of human dignity.

The Nigerian system already has strong institutions but without strong personalities to propel its survival, this was an assertion by U.S president Barack Obama. Nasiru Elrufai in the introduction of his book the Accidental public servant said "As things stand currently ,we have surrendered the bulk of our political space to the dishonorable, the incompetent and worse to the criminal mind". This is the very reason why poverty has continued to permeate deeply into the spectrum of our society.

God bless Nigeria........

Islam for Muslims / Re: Umar Ibn AlKhattab - A Golden Leader by zeennurei(m): 8:44am On Sep 05, 2013
One night Muhammad ibn al Munkadir was crying so violently that his family got extremely worried and called the great scholar Abu Hazim to calm him down.
Abu Hazim RA asked him 'my brother what has made you cry so much, and you have made your family worry about you?'

Muhammad RA replied 'I read an ayah in the book of Allah and it brought me to these tears' he was then asked what the ayah was. Muhammad responded, 'it is the statement in which Allah SWT says "And there will appear to them from Allah, that which they had not taken in to account.''

Upon hearing this ayah, Abu Hazim became so emotional that even he started crying.

Wallahi when i JUST read this my eye began to swell as well despite my dark heart. Because the frightening thought of standing before Allah swt on the day of judgment thinking I have done da'wah, and prayed and read Qur'an that there will be no major sins on my scale on the day of judgment, .....and then suddenly sins appear that I had not even taken in to account.

What if I sinned but shaytaan made me forget to make taubah...? or what if i committed a sin for which my taubah was not accepted?

What if i hurt someones' feelings and didn't know but they held it against me?

What if i taught someone an evil thing & they went ahead and taught it to many others! Allahu akbar!

I ask al-Afuw (the one who erases sins) to not just cover my sins but erase them and wipe the slate clean.

Wallahi I think good of Allah, but i am scared and so should you on the basis of a dream that the uncle of the Prophet (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had;

Abbas RA states 'I had not seen a person better than Umar, he spent his nights praying, his days fasting and fulfilling the needs of people.

When he died I asked Allah to show him to me in a dream. Allah showed him to me, I saw him walking through Madinah. I asked him "what did you find after death?" and Umar replied "i have just finished being questioned, my throne (position as a ruler) almost caused me to fall, except that I found a Merciful Lord"

Even the son of Umar RA, Abdullah ibn Umar saw his father in a dream and asked him how long his questioning had lasted in the grave, and Umar RA responded 'it has just finished and when he woke he realized it had been 12 years since the death of 'Umar!

Bear in mind this is Umar RA we are talking about, the man that the Prophet (saw) said would be a Prophet, if there was to be a Prophet after him, the man that the shaytaan was scared of and would run across the street if he saw him, the man that opened up more territory for the Muslims under his rule than any other! And he was not spared from questioning... 12 yearrrrrrs in the grave!

Make taubah now, in the 3rd part of the night, ask Allah to forgive you for your sins and to not hold you accountable for that which you have not taken in to account for He is the best of those who are merciful Sent from my BlackBerry® Smartphone, from Etisalat. Politics / President Jonathan Goodluck Has Sack The Minister Of Youth Development by zeennurei(m): 8:22am On Aug 27, 2013
The frosty relationship between President Goodluck Jonathan and five northern governors on Monday claimed its victim as the President ordered the sack of the Minister of Youth Affairs, Alhaji Inuwa Abdulkadir.

Our correspondents learnt that the minister was sacked, among other reasons, because of his continuous loyalty to the Sokoto State Governor, Alhaji Aliyu Wamakko.

Until his appointment, Abdulkadir was the state Attorney-General and Commissioner of Justice in the Wamakko administration.

It was gathered that the minister would be replaced by another indigene of Sokoto State that could be trusted to deliver the state for Jonathan in 2015.

The minister was said to have stayed this long because of the belief that he would shift his loyalty from Wamakko to the President.

A Presidency source said, “The President cannot afford to retain any minister, who is working at cross purposes with him in any state.

“Ministers are supposed to be the eyes of the President in the states. If the President cannot guarantee a minister’s loyalty, such a minister will go. That is why he has been asked to leave.”

The sack of Abdulkadir was announced through a statement by the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator Pius Anyim.

The statement signed by Anyim’s Special Assistant (Media), Sam Nwaobasi, reads, “His Excellency Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR President and Commander–in–Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria has relieved Inuwa Abdul-kadir, Esq of his appointment as Honourable Minister of Youth Development with effect from August 26, 2013.

“The former minister is to hand over to the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Youth Development. Mr. President expresses appreciation to the former minister for the time he put in the services of the nation and wishes him success in his future endeavours.”

When one of our correspondents contacted the former minister, he said that he learnt of his removal from the correspondent.

Conversation with our correspondent:

PUNCH correspondent, “Is that Alhaji Inuwa Abdul-kadir?

Abdulkadir: “Yes, speaking please.

PUNCH correspondent: “I just got a statement from the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation relieving you of your appointment as Minister of Youth Development. I want to confirm from you…

Abdulkadir: I am just hearing it from you.

PUNCH correspondent: “You mean, you’re hearing from me?

Abdulkadir: “I said, I’m just hearing it from you.”

PUNCH correspondent: Can I call you later?

Abdulkadir: Yes, you can.

But several calls by our correspondent to the embattled ex-minister’s mobile phone were not replied.

Wamakko, the Niger State Governor, Dr. Babangida Aliyu; Alhajiu Sule Lamido (Jigawa); Alhaji Rabiu Kwankanso (Kano) and their Adamawa State Governor, Alhaji Muritala Nyako, had visited former leaders and President Goodluck Jonathan.

They had complained about how the ruling People’s Democratic Party was being run, the crisis in Rivers State and the behaviour of some presidential aides.

It was gathered that the President removed Abdulkadir based on the advice of some of his aides, who said that it would be politically suicidal for Jonathan to leave him.

The presidential aide, who confided in one of our correspondents, said, “We expect other ministers to emulate the Minister of State for Education, Nyesom Wike, who has been unflinchingly loyal to the President in spite of his Governor, Rotimi Amaechi’s stand against Jonathan and his wife, Patience.”

Investigations also showed that the minister must have been sacked because of the allegation of imposition of a candidate at a recent election of the National Youth Council of Nigeria.

The Forum of State Chairmen of the NYCN had a few months ago accused the minister of imposing a leader on the council in a purported election held in Makurdi, Benue State.

It was gathered that reports submitted by the SSS DG and the senior special assistant to the President also worked against the minister.

A presidency source said, “The reports indicated the election was not transparent enough. This administration does not want to lose respect it has enjoyed for conducting free and fair election.”

It was gathered that the Presidency became suspicious about the motive for the imposition of a candidate on NYCN because the council would play a key role in the 2015 elections.

The Presidency source said, “We do not want anybody to install youths who will be antagonistic to this administration in 2015.”

When asked if truly the minister was sacked because of the crisis in NYC, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati, simply said, “I have no idea.”
