Please every body I heard that. The new law at the embassy now is that DS-160 confirmation number that you were given after you must have completed your visa application ONline must tiley with the one on your appointment confirmation printout ,otherwise no interview for the applicant.please someone share more light on this. Thanks
yes, it was effective from december 1st, dont go with a different ds160 number or else you will be bounced

TravelRe: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedure? by zeezahbee(f): 11:32pm On Dec 09, 2014
Santa2:
Her friend would be illegal if she overstays the period stamped by the CBP officers upon entry, her child would get citizenship.I know of a similar case and they were able to renew their visas especially as they paid all their bills and got a zero balance statement (they were called in for another interview though). However situations like this should be discouraged, if you must travel and your visa would expire, a mail to the embassy for clarification wouldn't hurt.

@exxy please tell ur friend not to exceed her stamped in period and pay all her bills (no medic aid) especially as she is in new York which is a relatively expensive state to give birth.
why jump to conclusion, why not ask exxy whether both the visa and the stamp has expire, from his message, the lady gave birth even after her visiting visa has expired

a friend just gave birth in new york, she entered the states with a visit visa and her visa expired some months back, pls house will her child get citenzenship? if there is a procedure for that, how will she go about it.
zeezahbee and others pls help out.
you find me come here, na only student visa i sabi well. i will answer your question . your friend is 100% illegal immigrant, a real one at that. the new obama immigration reform is not applicable to her, it is only for people that have been in USA 5years or more and did leave the USA. as for the child, he/she is a confirm citizen even though his motheris not. as long as you give birth in USA either you are illegal or not, your child automatically becomes a cittizen.

Thanks Azeezat! She is 21 and she graduated in 2010. She already filled tailoring, so giving her a stick is pointless. Besides, it is not unheard of for people her age to be clueless apropos of exactly what to do with their lives at such a young age. Could you clarify your submission when you said she needed to refill that ds-160 with great caution? Slimmy said not to alter the info she already supplied.
see as you write my first name shocked, be careful o. anyways 21years is a good age for undergrad, she will pray and defend what she has been doing since she finished high school

Bro, finish med school, do your house job, serve (perhaps) then go to the US for mph, while doing your mph, write your uslme, look for residency and you're good. Got S lot of friends who used that route.

Don't abandon med school in Naija. It's a wrong move. In my opinion but it depends on your peculiar situation.
correct

I've not made moi moi since I came here I don't know if I can do that with dry beans flour .

you can make moimoi with beans powder. it comes out nice if you add the neccesary ingredient, i have done that once but i prefer blending the beans and doing it the naija way.

Hmmm....you tried! ....but this is not the quality pix expected from an SLR camera. Didn't you set it to auto focus? Next time just post the pix and we would convince ourselves they were taken by an old low level Techno. So why you never snap the restaurant?...neither inside nor outside? Well from tthe pix that place look old and boring...very boring. The ghetto pix is not convincing. The student housing look very old.....in fact those buildings look like those built in the late 1800's to early 1900's...pre household electricity ..pre automobile times! Was there some kind of curfew?...hardly any people on the street and just few cars....not surprised you were the only one in the restaurant! Don't get me wrong...the thread is interesting and revealing!...still waiting for more pix! I can see you were driving much faster on your return trip...was it because you were disappointed?....angry?....or ehmmm....rushing home to use the bathroom??...just saying!
it haff do na, did the OP snatch your girlfriend/wife. he has the right to post watever picture, why are you sounding pained. undecided undecided , abeg go take aspirin for your headache

Hello everybody, Congratulations to those who recently got their visas approved, and good luck to those planning on going to the embassy. I have 2 questions:

1} A friend was denied on Thursday and she said the VO- amongst other regular questions- asked her if she had any experience as a nurse in Nigeria because she is going for her bachelors in nursing. She said no, but she has a strong passion for caring for people. However, she filled the fact that she learns fashion designing after she left secondary school in the ds160 form. Now, she wants to apply again and I know she does not need to pay another sevis fee, but will she need to fill another ds160 form so that she can add nursing experience to the form or will she go to the second interview without tampering with the ds160 form? All suggestions are welcomed.....

2) Can anybody give me a list of schools that do not require sat and toefl? This friend of mine has consistently been on my neck despite repeated advice to him on the contrary...

Thanks!
1.how old is your friend? how long has she graduated from high school ? how on earth will she fill tailoring in her ds-160. what does nursing have to do with tailoring? she need to refill that ds-160 with great caution.

2. i do not give answer to that question, i gat phobia for that
