If you have any sense, as a parent, don't bother sending your kids to school. Homeschool them. They want to send the worst of the worst to colleges of education. I can bet you that this new rule was made for our brothers from the north who are given 3/100 as pass mark to enter unity schools. The OP definitely can't be serious. The average Nigerian doesn't know where to use "has" and "have". Singular and plural. The mistake is now so commonplace that you even see it in corporate comms and even newspapers. "He have told them..." Instead of commenting on that, the scallywag is talking about UBA and GTB. |
