The Lagos State Commissioner for Environment is online boasting about the cheapest of his watches being $80,000.

A man who has never run a business or come from means, wealth, or pedigree; same with his boss, Sanwo, who has been caught wearing watches in public that go for at least $200k.

Yet, individuals who can barely rub two pennies together are "setting traps" for GRV, who is trying to free Lagos State from a cornucopia of thieves and watch freaks.

All because Oshiomole wanted to become a de facto Godfather and turn Edo into his own fiefdom.

A state where even illiterates speak perfect English even without going to school. Edo state is now a shadow of itself. A shame

It is either you never participated in the scheme or you are simply lying. As a matter of fact, I never encountered a Northerner who embarrassed his alma mater through poor use of English. On the contrary, I encountered several Southerners, particularly from the SE both at the Orientation Camp and PPA, who could barely string words together into simple sentences. Their faces are still vividly etched in my mind as I type this.

What do you mean by "pays"?

With the reduction of MPR by the CBN from 26% to 23.5% means automatically that rates across all fixed income instruments goes down.

Now compare the rate and tenure vis a viz the inflation rate currently.

And you will see that investing that #100k in pounded yam and ogbono is the best course of action.

Eat and enjoy yourself.

Na who dey alive dey invest.

#100k is nothing in the grand scheme of things.
