Christianity Etc › Re: Is Like There Are Situations In A Man's Life That God Can Not Solve by Zenithpeak(m): 9:39pm On May 31, 2017
If all good virtues you mentioned here are truly manifesting in your life then you are one of the few people God is nurturing for a specific assignment in life.

Money will come, breakthrough will come, all good things of life will surely come. Don't let the pains and suffering of now affect a complete life you have built in God.

Your life is not just about you. Keep asking God for directions on daily basis. Don't mind those ignoramus that are telling you curse God and die. Remember people like that were Job's advisers.

Look deep down and be honest to yourself, there is something about you and you know you're not like every other persons.

Now that you people entrusted Nigeria into the safe hand of Buhari and Buhari is entrusted into the safe hand of a doctor in the UK. (a common citizen of another country)

APC how do we explain this?

Education › Re: Nigeria To Teach Maths, Science Subjects In Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, Other Languages by Zenithpeak(m): 6:00pm On May 31, 2017
If Nigeria after 100 years of official amalgamation of Southern and Northern protectorate with English as her official language cannot set herself on the path to greatness then, no amount of localized educational system can help us.

The governor of my state speak our local language very well yet, will rather care for himself and his family with the state fund at the expense of the people of the state.

Let us develop the land first, good road, access to good health care, constant electricity supply, qualitative education, effective policing without assault on the citizenry, Free and fair election, government accountability, effective budget implementation etc then we can be talking of language of teaching in our local schools but for now, it's still a secondary matter.

PapaBrowne:
Dude it will be no leap for Africa! And let me explain since you appear reasonable.

The number one historical reason for the backwardness of Africa is the multiplicity of languages that existed on the continent. And the reason for that multiplicity of languages is the the thick unnavigable forests that separated communities. The biggest demerit to the numerous Languages across Africa was our inability to share knowledge. Without the sharing of knowledge, growth would not exist.

Japan has 120 million people speaking Japanese. German, Austria and Switzerland have over 100 million people speaking German. China has 1 billion people speaking Mandarin. And so on and so fault.Go back to their history and you'll find that they had numerous languages but later worked out a unifying language which they now all rally around. Now, what would be the benefit of Idoma spoken by just 2 million people? The USA is the greatest country in the world. They all weren't speaking one language when the got there, but today English is the unifying language.

English is now a universal language. Anyone who doesn't speak the language is automatically disadvantaged. Germans , Russians and Japanese are aggressively learning the language!
Attempting to forcefully strengthen local languages would only create wider divisions amongst people that are already too divided.
I doff my hat for you. Nice submission!

It is not about any language or tribe or geo political zone.

One thing I want us to know is that THEY DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT US.

No matter how they painted it, it remains a calculated attempt to keep the general populace at bay academically, and by implication intellectually and thereby establish their dynasty while the majority lacks the will power to defend themselves at the face of oppression and depression whilst they are transferring power to their children and the rollercoaster continues.

The head of all our leaders in this country is good for planting weed.

They are looking for how the children of common man will be disadvantaged of intellectual capabilities to contend with their children in the future.

Check out their children, Harvard University.... L.L.B. Hons,... PHD, University of Michigan.

Can you write your SSCE exams in Yoruba and gain admission to Cambridge University?

I'd rather adopt home school system for my kids than have them undergo this freaking mentality.

Let him try POGIL in Ijebu Ode.

Let him just go with his ssce result and his JAMB score to the school and confirm what course he can be offered even before buying their form.

PointZerom:
Buhari is King Asa of Nigeria. This king was a wicked king and God allowed sickness to come upon him to see if he will repent. Messengers of God went to visit him and told him to amend his ways, he became angry and imprisoned them.
In his sickness he didn't seek God. And he died in his sickness

Buhari as you chained these people in prison, so shall sickness chain you in hospital. Every medicine given to you shall become poison to your system.
Abeg oga, temper justice with mercy. Biko.

The king you talked about died as a result of cancerous cell that painfully sucked his life out through the wound.

What is the nature of Buhari's sickness?

The op has reduced God to someone who is concerned with such frivolities like awarding marks to him where he deserved none.
To Mr Op today you are lucky, tomorrow u might not be, please don't go blaming God then because it seems you have a shallow Understanding of this entity called God.
There is God in heaven who answers the prayer of his people. Your wisdom and understanding plus your age and your connection can not change that truth irrespective of what the op said or did.
