A man is suing a clinic in the US alleging his ex-girlfriend stole his sperm and used it to get pregnant, according to US media reports.

Layne Hardin says Texas Andrology Services handed over the vials to Toby Devall without his permission.

Mr Hardin's lawyer said Ms Devall had "bluffed" her way to getting the sperm before being inseminated at a fertility clinic. The clinic has not commented.

The child is now two years old and Mr Hardin may have to pay child support.

He told local TV he wanted "to throw up, cry, pass out" after finding out.

The case is not the first of its kind. In 2011, Joe Pressil of Texas sued his ex-girlfriend and a fertility clinic, claiming she used his sperm to get pregnant without his permission

Do u know that people pay millions for a logo design? Ok, tell them to stop paying and go to certain free logo creator framework and get their logos free.

I can tell u that most web developers out there don't use frameworks or templates. By the way, who developed such frameworks like cake php? It was people that know the code, not wix customers.

If u download a template from wix, what happens when u want to redesign ur website maybe to mark an anniversary, and u want a particular style, color and feel in the website, what wil u do? U wil start searching all the free templates to see the one that fits what u want? Or u hire a professional web developer to give u a customized design? The choice is urs.

abi o! For every template you download and want it customised to 'your taste', there is a css file that comes with it. If you have no idea of css, php or even basic html, how can ur site get that professional feel?

I have a number of websites hosted with them and consider them the most effective webhosting company in Naija.
This sudden development is quite worrisome.
I believe there must be a very serious trouble on the side of syskay to have caused this mess.
No news, no announcement, no correspondence, all contacts cut off...customers stranded...
I do hope they come through whatever the issue is and I pray business returns as it was.

i already checked you guys out. I just transfered my domain dec 2012 which is less than 60 Days valid period by ICANN rules. Besides, i'm a reseller with syskay. transfering my domains to you guys seems a great risk for me now. Syskay have thought me lessons. I'm going to transfer to Hostgator as soon as i can access my cpanel when syskay gets back online. Its just too painfull. Clients calling you and nothing to save the situation.

winexviv: Please move to Mocha host or Go daddy. I switched from Syskay to Mocha host. It's much cheaper and more reliable. Google it and try them out.

I'm thinking of hostgator. I want to use their reseller plans. I'm a reseller with syskay. They have thought me a lesson. No matter the problem. they should have an information to hint clients. That is the right thing to do. And their site is fuctioning well as if nothing is happeninig! I've done my homework well and going for hostgator even though their's is shared hosting to godaddy's vps.

For the past 2-3 days. I have not been able to access my websites let alone my cpanels. All effort to contact syskay proved abortive. All their lines are either switched off or not responding. I opened support ticket but up till now, no response. I even contacted their servers provider SoftLayer Technologies, those ones are yet to give tangible reasons why we are not able to access our sites and cpanels. I'm a reseller with syskay and offering services. What do you think my clients will say about my services if such a thing continues? After i have bragged about "servers in the USA" and all that. I'm just frustrated at the moment because clients are begininig to call me to ask what's happening and i've not been able to give them tangible rasons why, only reassurances of things to "be resolved soonest".
Don't you think Syskay Systems should have made a statement atleast to hint us about what's going on? They just kept quiet and not responding to thier clients. I'm begininig to have second toughts. Atleast let me have alternative hosting before they get back on(if they will within the shortest possible time). Imagine the pain resellers like me are passing through with this problem. No business, no pay. No pay, no chop. Na wa o!

Between 15 to 20 days after the death of the previous Pope or, as in the case recently announced, after the resignation of a Pope, the Papal Conclave begins. This allows for all Cardinal electors to arrive in Rome before the start of the Conclave.

Conclave comes from the Latin, cum + clavis, literally, “locked with the key.” The term refers to the fact that the Cardinals of voting age are locked inside the Vatican until a new Roman Pontiff is elected.

With the beginning of the conclave, Cardinal electors are sealed in the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican. This does not mean they literally live in the Sistine Chapel. Rather they also have access to areas for liturgical celebrations and the Domus Sanctae Marthae (accommodations for the cardinals).

An important note to keep in mind: not anyone can become Pope. Rather, only a male baptized Catholic can become Pope. As well, as it should be emphasized, this is not like a local government election. Rather, the Catholic Church believes it is the Holy Spirit who guides the process and so the Cardinal electors are constantly in prayer and discernment to choose the next Pope.

As the cardinals enter into the Conclave, they swear an oath to secrecy concerning the events of the Conclave. The first day concludes with the first vote. Then, on the following days, two ballots are held in the morning and two in the afternoon until a pope is elected. The voting takes places as follows. Each Cardinal electors is given a card on which they write the name of his choice. They fold it twice and then bring it up to the altar where there is a receptacle and state, “I call as my witness Christ the Lord who will be my judge, that my vote is given to the one who before God I think should be elected.” (This also connotes the reality that this election is guided by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.) After all the votes have been put forth, they are counted, and if one person has received 2/3 of the vote, the election is complete. If not, the balloting continues later in the day. The ballots are always burned. If the ballot is inconclusive, black smoke rises from the Sistine Chapel. Following the voting, the ballots are burned. Chemicals are added to the mixture which creates either black or white smoke. Black signifies that there were not enough votes for someone to be elected pope while white means a new pope had been elected. The colored smoke alerts onlookers outdoors. If the ballot has elected a new Roman Pontiff, white smoke rises.

If the Cardinal electors do not agree on a person after three days, there is a day of rest for prayer and discussion before voting resumes. There are breaks every seven votes from then on until the 30th ballot. After the 30th ballot, only an absolute majority was needed for a valid election. But this last rule was changed in 2007 by Pope Benedict so that the 2/3 majority is nevertheless required for a valid election no matter how many ballots have been completed.

When a new pope has been elected, the Cardinal Dean or Cardinal first in order and seniority asks the elected person for his consent saying: Do you accept your canonical election as Supreme Pontiff? And after the consent he also asks: By what name do you wish to be called? After the acceptance, as long as the person has already received episcopal ordination, he is immediately Bishop of the Church of Rome, true Pope, and Head of the College of Bishops. If not, he is immediately consecrated as a bishop. This same Cardinal Dean will also announce to the city of Rome and to the world the name of the new Roman Pontiff.

Sister, pls go to the hospital. General or specialist hospital for that matter. Dont delay and dont bother using alternative medcine bcoz u CAN'T trust anybody trying to test their 'unproven ' method on you. I just lost somebody i call my mum about a month ago to cancer. She gave heed to those traditionalists when a 'very small ' boil showed on her breast thinking it was sth that'll go away with some herbs. The rest they say is history. Before she got to the hospital for mordern diagnosis, it was already spread over her chest. The doctors etc were like..madam, where were u all dis while? She lost her breast and last month, passed away.
Please go to the hospital for diagnosis of ur ailments no matter how smal it'll look. Advice to All! Take a cue from gov sullivan chime of enugu who jus returned from treating cancer of the nose in London. If u read his story to journalists, it was just a smal growth on the back of his neck, but it was diagnosed that the main source was from the nose. He was told to come for treatment when he was ready. The man no waste tym. SHARP SHARP hin leav naija. He's alive 2day.
