The lagos being referred to in the report is the whole state. What we used to call lagos was mainly lagos island but that has gradually shifted to include most parts of it now. Yes you can argue it doesn't include places like ikorodu, epe, badagry etc that might be due to its distance from everything else but for what the article is about (I.e. population) it is referring to the total population of lagos including those areas u want cajoled to be included for expansion purposes.

@zimdrill.i just noticed that my system hasrefused to connect to the internet.once i initiate the connection, it starts moving but when it gets to "veryfying username and paassword", it just hangs and tells me to try again.what may be the problem? Also recently my dvd rom has refused to recognise any disk put into it.whay may be the problem.Thanks for the anticipated reply.

ok i want to know the HANG, when a pc hangs the window cursor became a circles (vista or window 7) then it wont respond to anything

so when you say it tells you to try again then it means it not hanging but just failing to connect

1 double check if your are typing in correct username and password

2 check if there is any change with connecting set up

as for the dvd room does it to both dvds and cds

all you need is the other towns willing to be part of lagos

I was only reacting to your questions. May b i didn't get u correctly. I interpreted u to ask d initial process i passed thru when sending or receiving files b4 d formatting. 4 d now my system cant detect any bluetooth device neither can my phone find my system's bluetooth device. That's kind of weird. Had i seen your post i wouldn't have formatted my PC. I would've tried d OS repairs first.

before sending, your device should be discoverable meaning other device can detect it so check if your pc is turn on to be discoverable

if not then i wont sent becoz it has been paired and your phone wont detect it either

for both to communicate you can put them both on discoverable/ to detect other devices which ever starts first then pair it

1st you said within 20 30 seconds they pair up meaning they can communicate but you went on to say "D problem now is neither my system nor my phone is able 2 detect d other"

if they can pair up then the problem might be with you

once paired it means they have detected each other what is left is you sending and the other recieving

but i think some people think you can do a format while the OS is still operating as normal

you can format the any hard drive that you hook up to the pc but you cant run your OS and still want to format that same hard drive

 On our way he said he wanted to get some stuffs at E centre, Alas, my boyfriend called and asked where i was, I told him we had a stop over at E centre. He hanged up on me and has refused to pick my calls, i sent him a text and he replied with a very nasty text and right now hes not talking to me.

Please people did i do wrong? I had no bad intentions.

1 why keep him has friend ? he just waiting when you are at low with your boyfriend

2 why keep him as if he is a friend to your man, he is a thread to your man (no nigga really like another man who is not his friend hang around with his woman)
