All other tnz na tori, the second one is my present gf. The elder sister wanted to be in control of our relationship but I outsmarted her so she hated me 4 dat and started telling my gf so many nasty things dat I said about her, that was all lies cos she just wanted 2 make my gf hate me cos she saw dat my gf was so stuck into me so wat I did 2 reclaim dat trust was 2 go 2 my gfs house wid tears, knelt down and slit my left arm wid a razor blade in front of her b4 she could stop me and it worked cos she started crying also saying dat she never believed the sister and dat she had never seen my kind of person b4. Also wen she had her menses and the thing was disturbing her, during dat time d parents travelled, she called me 2 keep her company on dat friday, I slept over and in the morning around 5am, I woke up, washed all her clothes, d mums cloth and d immediate younger sister's clothes, went to market dat saturday and cooked for her and her immediate younger sis, d elser sis dosen't stay wid dem, she was at school den, also and even till now am doing more crazy tnz cos the spell hasn't worn off

Politics / Aerial View Images Of The Flooding Around River Niger In Lokoja by zone77(m): 4:48pm On Sep 26, 2012
The images were released by
the National Emergency Management
Agency, NEMA, and shows the extent
of the flooding in the city caused by
the overflowing River Niger, which is
virtually cutting off the Northern part of the country from the South. A
lot of small villages in Lokoja and
Kogi will soon be wiped out if nothing
is done soon. The flooding has left
many dead, thousands homeless, and
movement from one place to the other impossible. The flooding started about two weeks
ago after Cameroon released water
from the Lagdo Dam.
The minister of works said that the
level of water seen in the past two
weeks has not been seen in the last 100 years.

Nigeria as a country is not ripe for a state police yet, reasons are that most governors will miss use it, expecially during elections, citizens who go against their wishes, eg civil society organisations, human right activitst etc, I believe the FG should continue with d mode of deployment of police to various parts of the country.

when will nigeria be ripe 4 state police, lets give it a trial probably 4 1 year nd lets no hw it turns out.nigeria can neva be ripe 4 it unless given a chance.

Nairaland / General / This Happened To A Friend Of Mine....scam Alert, Be Careful by zone77(m): 3:36pm On Aug 27, 2012
This happened to a friend of mine. He says:

I cannot stop myself from sharing this with all of you.

It all started when I received a call from someone claiming that he was from my mobile service provider and he asked me to shutdown my phone for 2 hours for 3G update to take place.

As I was rushing for a meeting, I did not question and shutdown my cell phone. After 45 minutes I felt very suspicious since the caller did not even introduce his name.
I quickly turned on my cell phone and I saw several missed calls from my family members and the others were from the number that had called me earlier - 3954380. I called my parents and I was shocked that they sounded very worried asking me whether I am safe.

My parents told me that they had received a call from someone claiming that they had me with them and asking for money to let me free.

The call was so real and my parents even heard 'my voice' crying out loud asking for help.
My parent was at the bank waiting for next call to proceed for money transfer.

I told my parents that I am safe and asked them to lodge a police report.
Right after that I received another call from the guy asking me to shutdown my cell phone for another 1 hour which I refused to do and hung up.

They keep calling my cell phone until the battery had run down.
I myself lodged a police report and I was informed by the officer that there were many such scams reported.
MOST of the cases reported that the victim had already transferred the money! And it is impossible to get back the money.

Be careful to prevent this kind of scam!!! Those guys are so professional and very convincing during calls.

If you are asked to shut down your cell phone for updates by the service provider,

ASK AROUND! Your family or friends might receive the same call.

Be Safe and Stay Alert! Please pass around to your family and friends !!!

Romance / Why Are We Having Increasing Rate Of Marital Failure? by zone77(m): 10:42am On Aug 17, 2012
Why are we having increasing rate of Marital failures?

This is a tropical question that usually bothers people mind and thinking today and it even makes people to shy away from marriage and the responsibilities associated with marriage .

This is largely because of the increasing divorce rates , separation , trouble relationship , break up that we are all experiencing in our modern society today.

More than 50% of marriages in the United States end up in break up, separation and divorce today after 5-10 years of marriage and
up to one million children in the US every year suffer the psychological and emotional trauma of breakup and broken relationship.

The rate of failure in marriage is seriously affecting us here in Nigeria and Africa as a whole.

This statistics makes mostly young people growing up to dare marriage thinking whether it will work for them since it did not work for their parents.

I just want to let you know that not withstanding the available statistics and experience that we have in our society today,
you can still build up strong lasting relationship and marriage only if you are willing to give it the commitment,
trust and faith that going into a marriage relationship demands of you with all your heart and faith belief that your marriage will certainly work for you and your spouse to be.

The reason why you are scare about marriage today is because of the ugly experiences that marriage has presented to us in our present generation and most of the ugly experiences today ,
we see it right from our homes with our parents and you have been thinking whether you should get married because you do not want to end up with a relationship filled with great pain, worry and disappointment that could make you to become an emotional rake even though like the idea of marriage and the marriage institution comes with respect and regards for people that are in it .

You also want to have someone that could love share your love with , spare time together to build a home and a family and the current challenges ,experiences is making you to be scared.

You can certainly overcome all that and be able to build a great relationship that stand the test of time.

greatgod2012: this thread is interesting sha.
O.k
my own,
i fell in love with a guy who claimed to be a pastor but to me,he was a fake pastor because of how he behaves, telling lies, doing runs,(a banker) etc,so to cut d long story short, he broke my heart, and then i had a male frend , just ordinary friend o, know almost everythng about me including my relationship with d fake pastor, so when i was heathbroken, as usual, i went to his place to let hm know what happened,so i went there and noticed that from d begnning to d end of my story he didnt say anythng,so i challenged him why he'z not saying anything and he just sighed, after much pressure from me, all he said was dt he loved me snce we've been friend since our secondary schl days but did not know how to say it because of our closeness,so, that is how we started, and today,we're blessed with 3 children.
From childhood friendship to marriage. I've never for one day regret marryng him. Thank God i was dssappointed by d 1st guy.

wow...dts a blessing in disguise

Romance / Keeping Diaries.....is It Advisable? by zone77(m): 11:58pm On Aug 01, 2012
The stories that I have been hearing about how the secrets contained in these diaries are destroying relationships are becoming rampant.

So why do people keep diaries? Is it advisable to keep a tab on the happenings in one's life,

especially when such information could be so damning and the other party may not understand?

If you find an unpalatable piece of information in your partner's diary,
would you believe the explanation given to defend such information?

Would you allow any ugly incident as written in your partner's diary destroy your relationship?....

Have u had a problem in keeping diaries in ur relationship.did it turn out good or bad?

lets share it
