Hello Spyder, I want to commence external plastering of my house having completed all d interior. Carpenter charged 30k as labour for scaffolding. Is it a fair deal? Also do masons charge differently for plastering parapet? How much should I negotiate for? The building is a 5-bedroom duplex. Thanks for free education u are giving us here. God bless. |

N30k for scaffolding labour is fair if its a double step scaffold all around the house. The charge for plastering the parapet is different, N25-35k depending on the style and expertise of the worker, but I usually negotiate to have them done together with all the other works. Thanks. |
