It's not so easy to date a guy who doesn't have a job at present. Especially if the lady has a job. Too many issues start arising if the guy is insecure or is too jealous. The heat falls back on the lady more than half d time cos the guy would always think she's dating this guy or dat guy becos they've got well-paying jobs and he doesn't.
What I always advice is that they both take some time off while the guy actually takes the time to search for a job. Could be a month or 2 or 6 mths. But, if he's mature and can handle it, why not.

Jobless guys are insecure and have low self-esteem simples!!!
