I've told my friends even girls too and some have come to say thank u in return. Flakeey: lemon in warm water before breakfast will do.really agree with your point that pain relievin pills prevent normal flow and infact at times reduce the normal number of days it actually lasted like instead of 5 days at times one might have like 4 or three days and even in some cases it lasts more than the normal days.it is so frustrating when ordinarily you would have taking your spritual cleansing bath ( my fellow muslim sister knows what i mean) and you discover you still have a stained pant. That is true. A female as young as 9 if menstruating can be impregnated. Now the complications she and/or the baby may face due to her physical immaturity is another story but the point is she could become preggers. |

pufectskin: Scotch whisky, brandy...infact any hardcore alcohol u can lay ur hands upon works wonders. Put a bit in tea. Or try Feldene pills. I like the,idea of icy-hot and warm water...but rum/alcohol? Lol. No way Jose. I cant handle either one. My first signs each month are irritability and a (light) headache (both of which i am experiencing aws  ) so if i were to consume anything of or relating to alcohol....trust me its over lol! |
