Wao, this is great! At first I thought the rooms where too small but a second look shows that apart from the guest room and the sitting room, the other rooms are standard.

A 4 bedroom duplex on 7m by 13m. Now I am convinced that a 4 x 4bedroom duplex can fit into a plot of land.

Good speed and success in this project

i dont believe this cos a standard plot is 18m X 36m. for 7m X 13m hardly will u get car parking space of at least 2 cars per unit. remember other domestic structures must be provided on site.

Not all toilets has window for ventillation for industrial/institutional buildings especially where source of electricity is constant you can have an extractor thats connect to main fan up of roof and also air supply direct to the toilet.

In what ways does the govt supervise the construction of buildings, to make sure houses are properly built to standard. good spacing from neighbours, ventilation, green-zone, same type of building in an area etc. the building around are def obstructing yours...

Good job though.

Their is Town Planninig Authority that regulates the Building permit....they emphasise on what u mention

DAY 29....This little thing we are doing is highly important. U will observe some iron normally expose after casting. d best thing to do is to plaster it as d salt water tend to rust d iron....we can then fill
