More grease to your elbow, can i ask whats the size of the plot of land and where land is water logged, like how much will it cost to fence 1000 sqm ?

2 plot,virtually everywhere is water logged. To fence 1000smt will determine d texture of d land in question. Not all land in lekki require only raft

Bros no be small things oooo. Foundation alone has gulp almost 13m...We've review d drwg from 2 Floor to 3 so 40m wont work again. As a matter of fact, frm experience this additional floor alone will gulp 10m

@Kcool..u guess right within dat range but should be less than 60. U see, d issue is d fonudation. I tell u for us to clear all d rubbish and black mud from d Foundation trench alone cost close to 300k. all d Skill and unskill workers charge specilally to work in dis 'swimming pool' Hence, Foundation gulp much than what is neccessary.

I just also wanted to ask what the size of the plot is and also whether the 40m also includes finishing for all the buildings ?

Also is the land omonile land or within an estate ?

I tell u lekki environ is d best area for dis cool bussiness. D range for one is within 40-55m and u wont finish b4 they pay. The land here is within d range of 25-40m

You have done a goood job. The size of the height of the beam,is it 1.5meters. Again those bars at the top of the beam,how many mm is it?

What adive do you have to give to client in terms of buying of rods.Do you think nigeria product is better than to foreign iron thanks
