I can never go to bed with bra on
Immediately I get home the next thing is bra off.
My younger sis sleeps with it most times and it baffles me how she copes with it at night grin

I'm only guilty of sleeping with my phone on d same bed, d rest I don't. But I want to ask: why on earth should sb hv her bra on day and night? Will sb steal d breasts while u're asleep?
I also notice that some ladies can sleep having both pants and d one dey call tight on!
I wonder what they're trying to protect and from who. Some don't even see to it that the undies they put on day and night are in best hygienic condition.
Whether u accept it or not, having dirty bra on increases your chances of having breast cancer.

gulfer: I use my phone for wake up alarm, so I cannot do without number 3 except on weekends.

Keep some distance from you phone while sleeping ok.

DON’T SLEEP WITH PHONE
Putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged.
Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mobile phone near you, switch it off first.
