That doesn't mean he's not called of God. I know he's called and gifted. Miracles are performed thru his ministration. We christians need to read the scriptures more.

First off you used the scriture Heb 12: 22-24 in an entirely wrong way, misinterpreting it and using it to justify what is wrong. I think you should be like the bereans that further study what they are thought to establish the truth and just like @paris10 has said here, you need to work on your understanding of the scripture as your maturity here is seriously in doubt.

Please do not confuse yourself. The spirit of just men with God are the men of old who have departed, who God found worthy to be with him, their spirit departed from their mortal bodies to be with the Lord.

We commune with the Holy Spirit because that is the permanence of God with us on earth after Jesus left and while we are still waiting for ressurrection. Jesus had promised the coming of the Holy Spirit and that he'll be everything to us, our healer, our teacher our companion, our guide and much more the need ot have the indwelling and infilling of the Holy Spirit. The simple logic is that when we depart the earth either before or when the trumpet shall sound, we shall join the saints triumphant, just as the spirits of just men made perfect.

So your justification of the sticker when someone calls himself Son of Bishop David Oyedepo being right as a result of the scripture ...."you have come to the spirit of just men made perfect" is to say the least ludicrous

Talking about the mysteries....I think you need to separate your confusion from the mysteries of the Kingdom of God.

The bible states that it is easier for a camel to fit through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. If it is fairly difficult for the rich to go to heaven then why are there wealthy Christians? Why wouldn't these rich Christians give up all of their wealth to make it easier for them to enter the kingdom of heaven and help out their fellow man because their God won't?

When Carl Marx referred to religion as the opium of the masses, little did we know that such indept and well thoughtout expression will apply to us African. A race rich in our reverence of our creator (olodumare, chineke and what have you) we are known to be worshipers of God and lesser gods but never of man. I am not of the opinion that this sticker is official from the church, but with all convinctions, I can say that the church (I am referring to some churches) leaders in this country, has ensured that the preaching of the goodnews (gospel) which is the news about God's love (not of christ but exhibited through christ sojourn to earth for the salvation of souls) be substituted for that of systematic method of amassing wealth. If preaching is a message of God's love, shouldn't that love be exhibited? Why take money from majority (the have nots) to enrich urself. They drive expensive cars, fly private jets, drink exotic drinks, eats and sleep in 7 star hotels. They build schools out of the reach of the ordinary people whom the preaching of the gospel is meant for. Who is man to judge? You would ask. If man is not to judge, man has got brain and mind to reason things out. On the final note, I am a christian, a good one at that, but rather than add my hard earn money to the already swollen pockets of the men of God, my tithes will go to the ordinary man on the street whom I have solid evidence is in need of such. I believe this is not an authentic sticker fro LFC. Even if it were, if you read your bible well Prophet Elijah had so many followers addressed as sons of the prophet. So my ppl pls before you say what might land a curse on yourself(like the children that was abusing/criticizing Elisha) think thoroughly before you speak.
