its not US, but there are controversy about who produced/directed the movie.. i guess the controversy was on an Israeli or Egyptian-American guy who created the movie. all of them join, whether its Israeli or American, they are countries who dislike the Islamic religion.

You are right in your analysis but that doesn't mean that US govt should apologise, they can only condemn the movie as they have done already, this is not about the movie, its about the ant- western view that has being going on for ages.

First, the guy who produced the so-called film is not an American. I hear he is Egyptian. So, question is:
Why are these extremists taking it out on USA, UK, Germany, Israel et al?

The German and British embassies were attacked in Sudan yesterday. Yemen, Lebanon, Indonesia have joined the 'protest'.
Looks more like the film is just an excuse by fanatics to attack the percieved (in their deluded minds) nations to be enemies of Islam.

Afterall, insults on christianity exist. A not too distant example is the video 'Alejandro' by Lady Gaga (depicting a catholic sister having sex, and being humiliated). Has any Catholic/ christian called for Lady Gaga's head or destroyed lives and property at American embassies?
Other movies have tried to degrade Jesus Christ, but no response from christians similar to what we are witnessing now. The reason is simple:

You shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.

Neither America, Great Britain, Israel, Germany, France, Netherlands or Denmark etc is at fault here, so these muslim extremists should stop destroying and killing. Stop being the clog in the world's wheel of progress. Can't we just make the world a peaceful and better place?!
