lacasa: Which Economy? Which UN sent out which information? Please, back up this claim. Most of the owners of these cars are the regular folks we we know in the entertainment industry. AY, P-Square, D-Bang, Eldee, etc...these are not politians or foreigners. They are guys we know and they get rick just by holding the microphone. AY and Davido and DBanj actually believe that the economy is growing, if not how do they explain the kind of money they make out of this economy... 2 Likes |

Typical Nigg.ar mentality. Car na measure of progress. Chai Black man black sense. I was expecting stuff like manufacturing value added rises as the economy booms. I was expecting Nigeria's steel mill hits 50% of planned output as economy booms. Or even Women literacy rate up by 20%. I see cars imported from another mans land. What does it take to have these? Oil price rises, you earn more Petrodollars, income rises, you import more and you rejoice. SMH 18 Likes |

If the youths want to work very hard to be able to buy the type of cars that cruise on our roads, we will have more ARMED ROBBERS than property owners in this country. If fine cars dey blind poor man, all poor men for don blind for Lagos and Abuja. This pictures will now allow Association Of Nigerian Professional Kidnappers relocate to Lagos Enmass. |

shymexx: car means good economy in Nigeria!! Actually, a rise in car purchases, including quality car purchases, points to a corresponding rise in consumer income, consumer spending and consumer confidence, which points to a growing/improving economy. Perhaps you should study economics before posting on these issues. 5 Likes |

So that was an Aston Martin Vintage in the fuel line in Nigeria. That feeds the notion that even with all the money in the world, one still suffers. If it is not fuel scarcity, na bad road, armed robbers, kidnappers, or an angry mob in Ikwere that fit kill you over jealousy of the Martin Vintage. |

Abeg @Op what sort of idiocy are you trying to display here? Is it your aim to encourage criminality cos most of the vehicles on display belongs to 419ners, Drug pushers, Subsidy thieves and ritualists excluding the artists. So because Dbanj drives an aston martins it means our economy is booming. Go to major bus stops across the federation and see millions queuing to get a cab not to talk of those who would trek. Guess you were trying to say that GEJ has improved the economy that is why dubious people now drive posh cars.Trying to judge the economy with the affluence of selected few 5 Likes |

Rossikk: Did you put societal values in consideration before making your assertion that the boom is booming? What about those who bought the cars, not because they could afford it, but because of the norm/values about having an expensive car in that society?? You have to use other parameters to judge economic boom, not something as simplistic as cars... European economy is almost in the toilet, however, people are still buying top-of-the-range cars everyday... 1 Like |
