Did you put societal values in consideration before making your assertion that the boom is booming? What about those who bought the cars, not because they could afford it, but because of the norm/values about having an expensive car in that society??

You have to use other parameters to judge economic boom, not something as simplistic as cars...

European economy is almost in the toilet, however, people are still buying top-of-the-range cars everyday...
